Helicopter sluicing

this major slip has cut off about 50 homes in Arnott Heights, Greymouth.
Milton Road is now closed and will only open once sluicing is completed.
People are urged to stay away.
The slip happened on 29 August cutting off 50 homes.
Around 50 properties cut off and residents are unable to get in and out of their homes.
The council begun sluicing material, with the road closed
the helicopter will fly clockwise around the Arnott Heights and drop monsoon buckets of water onto the slip working from the top down.
