I don't have intel graphic option
I have updated intel HD graphics panel
last time i open fort the fpq is 100fpq in battle royale but now my disk is running 100%and average response time up to 40ms and back to 0ms every time ami cant open fortnite the fps is 3
What did u do before this happened? And What's your PC's spec?

I HAVE laptop i3 7th gen and intel hd 620 and 16ram 2100mhz . the first year i but the pc i pkay on 100% resolution on direct x11 and i have 90fps in seson 1 chaoter 2 but now i play on 37% resolution and i get 100fps in crrative but in arena when im in any place the fps is soo bad but when im in impty place and no house and cars i got 80fps + i cap the frame on 65fps

MY PRBLM IS the drop frames i formate the pc and same prblm i put 4threads and maxuim ram znd park control but no prblm how can u fix drop frame and fraze in creative BTW i optimize my pc

I'm really not sure how to fix it. 16 gb ram, i3 7th gen is enough to get smooth gameplay. Try these:
-Always connect your laptop's charger while playing
-Set your power mode to High performance
-Open Run and delete everything from recent, temp, %temp%, and prefetch
-Uninstall unnecessary apps
-Install Avast/ any antivirus and scan your pc (u can uninstall it after scan)
