      Thanks for the question Cole. For a good workout that will take you about 30-45 minutes, I like to do 2 reps of each drill on each side. 5 drills x 2 sides x 2 reps = 20 total reps.

    This made me so fast i won the state finals in football I got two pics and 17 touchdowns🎉
