I mean.... if you already have 200 hrs in the game and have played through it several times, then doing a deathless run isn't hard at all lol. The base game is very easy if you know it, it's hard for first timers only.

@@kevinmcarthur1784 Bloodborne opening area is super hard, you really do have to take it slow. Use the pebbles to separate the groups of people. I'd recommend the saw cleaver.

You absolutely, 100% should. If you like Fromsoft games, or just good 2d platformers there isn't much better than Hollow Knight. The art is fantastic, the music is angelic, the boss fights are difficult and rewarding. Lies of P, Cuphead, Blasphemous, and Another Crab's Treasure are the best Soulslikes imo. But Hollow Knight is leagues above them, genuinely one of the best games of all time. Could not recommend enough.

I didn't click for Cliff notes. Can you not just do an upload of the stream in parts? Seriously, you highlighting posts you like cuts out a huge portion of the enjoyment, since the early game struggle in games like this is the hardest part because you don't have the tools to deal with the challenge, and the mechanic of respawn is supposed to help. Seeing you interact with that mechanic in your curated clips is pointless, since there's no real pay off. You might as well be a Tom and Jerry video for all the actual plot cohesion you lack.
For anyone wondering about "why no steel soul?" It wasn't unlocked at the time from previous mods messing with the save.

Have you played any Souls games before? If not, those 2 are probably the hardest to start on. I'd say try Elden Ring or Dark Souls 3 first.

I think for speedrunning you either copy it but add optimizations or find a new skip to skip a large enough portion for you to be able to beat them
