- Today I am playing one of the most famous rage inducing games of all time for my very first time, Cuphead! Is Cuphead really as hard as people say it is? Can I become a god gamer and overcome the challenge?
Cuphead is a classic run and gun action game heavily focused on boss battles. Inspired by cartoons of the 1930s, the visuals and audio are painstakingly created with the same techniques of the era, i.e. traditional hand drawn cel animation, watercolor backgrounds, and original jazz recordings.

Tbh they did the joutnalist dirty because he said afterward that the device he was playing on sucked ass .
I'll also give credit where due that the journalist also announced that he still very much liked the game and even bought it for himself and played through it. So not only did he not rate the game poorly for something not its fault, he even went on to try and get better at the game on his own time.

Another good video, spibbs. Really captured the frustration that the stream did, and I am even more convinced that Ill never try this game. I don't really rage in games, but this would do it.

if it looks fun, but the only thing you're worried about is raging, then you should definitely try it. I don't find myself raging at all while playing this game, much more in other games though
Cuohead is generally very fair. 90% of the time you get hit, it's entirely your fault or because it's the first time you're seeing an attack (unsure how to avoid it). The other 10% you're just in the wrong place at the wrong time my friend.

Maaaan you’ve gone almost 6 years avoiding the hype on this! Cuphead is so great - my first play was so fun because all I did was watch videos of everyone playing it. Boss breakdowns. Until I could afford an Xbox at the time to play it 😂 I just had such appreciation for the art and dedication behind each frame drawing. But yes, I still to this day get so upset when you be on TOP of that flag… nothing more satisfying than KNOCKOUT or BRAVO!
The brothers did a great job taking risks on this game - I hope for more future Cuphead. I’d wait forever for it hahaha their main goal was not the difficulty so I don’t think about it often.
They created the hits and projectiles to be the notes playing on screen of each grand theme song for bosses/r&gs
That's a great way to interpret the game! I missed out on a lot of amazing games because I used to only play multiplayer games with other people but now I'm realizing how many amazing games I've missed out on over the last decade and making up for it 👌

honestly i started on co-op and it was way easier for me solo so i just blasted through the game
Cuphead once you beat it becomes really easy. If your first time playing has 150 deaths the next run will have 30-40 and the next one after that will be 20 or so etc until eventually every run is under 5 deaths

Honestly the only challenging bosses were the planes and some expert mode bosses and the devil and king dice and saltbaker otherwise it wasn't that bad for me atleast
I don’t know how my kids play this. The die to win ratio is crazy lol they play relentlessly until they beat the boss

On the Australia thing: Truthfully speaking, yeah, animals and creatures can be a problem, depending on where you live. If the native animals get used to the human populace, like kangaroos, and wild birds, they can become a problem, unless left alone. I live on a farm where most animals will run away. Other animals (the venomous kind) need to be watched out for. Spiders, snakes. As for goanna, yeah... Can be scared off, along with wild foxes. Also, the flies can be annoying to many people, even the local inhabitants of Australia.

It really isn't as hard as they say tbh. I'm sure it's still plenty difficult for many people, but when compared to other games of its kind, Cuphead is one of the easier ones

As a person who has the Cuphead platinum trophy, this is a pain to watch…
Don't feel bad. Grim made me quit for like a year, and then I came back and beat the game and the dlc. Take the time you need, then try again.
