What's great about Cole's instructions is that she directs attention towards the muscle areas rather than just talk softly and smoothly without saying much like a lot of other instructors on youtube do. I think she's a much more genuin person.
+Rasmus Yep, thats very true. Since she's an LMT, a lot of that really comes out of her, and its really brilliant stuff. Yep, she's a GREAT instructor, and I'm always amazed at how generous she is with her knowledge, while exhibiting such a cool, down-to-earth, and fun vibe. One funny thing is, she was very nervous, and not comfortable on camera when we first met, but y'alls comments have really helped her feel more comfortable, and inspired her to share even more. I totally agree with Monique. She took the words out of my mouth. I have done other exercises, but yours is the best & you are a real person. No constant talking or talking about yourself, no false voice & this routine helped me better than any of the others. Thank You so much!
Thank you you sharing. I like Cole. She explains things well and moves slow and doesn't do anything too strenuous so it's great for beginners. Plus, she doesn't just run her mouth about random nonsense or talk like she's high like some yoga instructors. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain with headaches and whenever I do these exercises my pain almost always disappears so I can get on with my day. :D

I have tried to find a beginner yoga instructor I felt I could connect with and I've watched several. They all seem nice, but just not right until you. You are perfect. There is something about you that is so refreshing and real and gentle. Thank you for being you. Please keep teaching and posting. It's obvious I'm not the only one that appreciates you! I was in a bad accident last year and have trouble with my wrist and shoulder and you are the first one I feel I can work with. Thank you for that. Peace.

Thank you for this. This is one of the best yoga videos I've seen online. Your realness shines through. In a lot of pain today and this made a difference. So gentle and fluid. I also like the language you use, "like a rainbow," "spin your hands out," etc. Also your surroundings are so beautiful and remind me of my own place -- so many similar things. I am so impressed by your videos. Although I only have done two but I have very serious spinal issues from the very top to the very bottom and the only thing my doctor said I could do is yoga. IT WORKS!! When I wake up this morning I feeling my neck and shoulder in a very hard pain. I never doing yoga before, and after I do this kind of yoga movement I can move my neck little bit.
I'm not saying that all my neck pain are completely missing, but it reduce a lot. Now I can move my neck to left and right.
Maybe I should do for more effective.

Thank you for this video. My left shoulder blade was aching for 2 weeks due to a massage that went wrong. Felt heavy and nothing could take away the pain, sleeping was hard as well. I found a couple of videos, tried them but the pain was still there. Tried your video yesterday, and ahhhh the relief! thanks!

Thank you for these yoga videos. I've been struggling with back pain for the last year, i've been fitting a 30 minute session each day to do a yoga video, and to my surprise, i've improved 10 fold!!! i'll be continuing to watch and follow for time to come.

Wow. Great instruction. I recently have had an X-ray of my neck and it serves as a perfect example for how the next curvature can be lost in our daily lifestyles. This is the best video I have found to help counteract my stiff neck. Nice and slow fluid release. Your amazing! Seeing as I'm a Yoga student here in Phoenix @ Southwest Institute of Healing Arts: Spirit of Yoga, I will definitely be picking up on a lot of your quest and documenting before and after X-Rays of my neck. Thank you for this video. i just discovered and followed along with it today. It was extremely helpful in relieving some knots and limited mobility in my neck and shoulders from sitting forward all day at work and in the car when driving. Great, helpful tips.
