      I'm an almost 30 year old man, I've never in my life followed along to a video like this but honestly, I'm going to grab a chair and a belt now, after skimming through, I'm going to sit and fully give it a go, the entire thing, if it sincerely helps I'll start doing it often!

    What a nice video! I've been a trainer for over 40 years, and I haven't seen such a well-put-together stretching routine. Quick, no nonsense, and can be performed every day.

    Keeping my balance without a chair is part of the stretch, im stretching to skateboard

      For skateboarding, tumbling and basic gymnastics can help a ton! Balance and core strength is important and it's also pretty cool to be able to do flips and stuff.
      I trained in tumbling and parkour and it made me a much better skateboarder... I had a tendency to hurt my back landing tricks by having the board slip out from under me awkwardly, but building that core strength and balance made a massive difference.
      Hope this helps, it sure helped me.

      @@jikaelgagnon9435 Remember to take breaks and eat bananas or drink Gatorade or something similar. Electrolytes make a huge difference in reducing soreness, stiffness, and cramps. Cramping is when you don't have enough electrolytes to properly send signals to your muscles and they misfire and spasm. You can think of electrolytes kinda like ammo for your muscles, each time they fire they burn up electrolytes and you sweat them out. You gotta reload or you get pain and risk injury.

    Whenever i stretch even normal stretches my body pain next days. That's why i need good stretches that don't give muscle pains later

    Does this increase flexibility? I’m not flexible at all (AT ALL, like SERIOUSLY) and I want to slowly become more flexible but I’m an extreme BEGINNER... will this help at all? Or is this more for back and neck pain?

    Came back for some feedback! I work at the computer for 8 hours a day and although I’m a 29 year old healthy man I was facing some pain already.
    After applying this full body stretch for 7 days all pain is gone! And it’s amazing to sleep feeling your body loose and comfy!

      Yes, this is full of great stretches! I usually do 15 min tai chi before a strengthening routine, but this helps To do after. I'm 68, so don't want sore muscles. I'd be so disappointed if I had to back off exercising. I never have had to back off for more than a day. Stretching's so important!

      I installed them right after I wake up and b4 bed bcs I'm a heavy sleeper so they help me awaken a bit and also struggle to fall asleep so they help with that too xD maybe u that can help u too

    A great and really complete whole body stretching video. I was pleasantly happy and serene during these stretches. These stretches are military style and great for anyone young or old after of course consulting with their doctor

    I switched from the long version stretch to the short version stretch and noticed that you only stretched one side and not both sides. Why is that?

      It's shorter to just demonstrate each stretch so someone could potentially do it on their own if they don't want to follow along with the full version.

    I love the C.C however having it at the bottom blocks what you are demonstrating sometimes. Maybe the C.C can go to the top for those particular demonstrations
