This is awesome. I used be be a dancer. I was stretching for 30 mins a day, and then dancing for upwards of 4 hours a day. Once I stopped, I stopped everything. My body has never been more stick-like in terms of how stiff it is. I’m getting back into the swing of stretching, and this is really helpful! I’m hoping that I’ll be dancing again by the end of the year!

My mom has high cholesterol and is prone to high blood and cannot handle intensive exercises or stretches.
She really love this video. It's very beginner and age friendly as compared to other videos that says beginner friendly but includes a handstand and a downward dog position which is impossible for my mom and makes her dizzy instead.

At this time, where i live, we are are in lockdown like many other areas so need all the help we can get with Physical Rehabilitation.

Holy crap. I knew I was tense but I didn't realize just quite how tense. The way you talk makes it seem like these your videos are geared more for older folks or those with injuries. That said, I'm a 26 year old, reasonably healthy guy and this just did wonders for me lol Definitely adding this to my post-work exercise routine. Thank you

BTW, normally I have trouble laying flat. By the time we got to the last stretch (laying down), it was no problem. This works!

Hi Dr Jo, you actually solved my knee problem I had, in 3 days back in 2020!! That was amazing. I recently had muscular pain in my neck, shoulders and lower back and following your full body stretch you have solved it again. I was in bed few days and I did have physio couple weeks ago, but sort of had the same issue again. Your videos are amazing and I'm very appreciative of your service.

Yes I've been doing your exercises for the I. T. Band. It's just so tight . Your videos are perfect.

I’ve decided to start figure skating lessons after Christmas and I’m so stiff and not flexible at all, I’m going to do these stretches twice a day and hopefully it helps me before I start my lessons 🤞🏻
I've only done this for 2 days but I can feel such a difference in my back pain I'm able to bend over and sit up with way less pain 💗💗

I’ve been doing those tricep stretches all my life and never felt any sort of tension or resistance or like it was stretching ANYTHING at all, UNTIL I did this video with you! Thank you SO much for explaining WHERE I’m supposed to be feeling the stretch, as well as the tidbits about putting your hand on your shoulder blade behind you and pushing in towards the ear! I FINALLY felt the tension, and the stretch felt so nice and satisfying. 😭🥰😍 Idk why, but my triceps are stronger and more flexible than the other muscles in my arms, so it’s great to be able to finally feel like I’m also working on them too; honestly life-changing for me, just this one stretch. I’m not sure why it’s such a big deal for me, this one stretch in particular for this one muscle in particular, but I’m going to forever remember the proper way to do this one, and I’m subscribing even though I usually only save specific videos and don’t actually tend to subscribe to full channels. I appreciate you so much. 🙏🏻

This stretching routine was exactly what my body needed after injuring my groin. I am being cautious about moving back into exercise, so I figured stretching was a safe bet. Felt fantastic, and what's so wonderful about stretching (besides the obvious physical benefits you feel immediately) is the awareness it builds of how our body works synergistically. I could feel how stretching and moving one muscle or muscle group was benefitting the others. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and positive energy here! Health is truly wealth : )

After drinking a warm glass of milk, and doing about 20 minutes of stretching, I make sure I have a full 8 hours of sleep.
Be sure to clip your nails, too.
