I will be 88 in three weeks. I have been doing Will's exercises almost everyday for about two months and can really tell the improvement it has made in that short time. I have subscribed to 3-Tip Friday and bought his book. That's how great I think he is!
Ohh. I'm just home from driving my car for 7 hrs. today, and was so stiff I was hunched over walking into the house. I got into bed and discovered your video AND DID these great stretches. 😁 I'm laughing now, as I just literally jumped up to let the dogs out, got their dinner .. and realized, ''Whoa. I'm not hurting. I'm moving quickly.' 😊 THANK YOU, WILL. I'm still not hurting. Amazing timing. This 73 yr. old is grateful!

Thanks Will. I Started today with some of your exercises- specially the strectch. I am 75 years old. My husband and I walk quite a lot (he is still very strong and healthy at 76). Lately I find it uncomfortable to walk, and feel the muscles in the legs not doing quite so well. I am now going to do your muscle stretches daily and expect my walking to improve. Thank you for your clear instructions. I went to the gym for cardio & stretch exercises 3 times a week and felt great, definitely not my age of mid 60s. When Covid hit and everything shut down it was a real set back for me physically. I went back to the gym classes after they reopened but it was so packed that it was difficult to do the exercises within a much smaller space. I'm using your 50+ physio videos to build back what I lost. Thank you for making them available!
So good! Definitely will add these going forward. Any tips for better sleep positions or things to avoid so as not to wake up with sore neck or upper back? Thanks!!!
That was excellent thank you. Thank you for all these videos in which the format is perfect. They are just long and short enough for people with busy lives. Your explanations are brief yet full. You don’t waste any time with unnecessary rambling introductions, but get straight on with it and explain in full detail yet concisely and your manner is very pleasant and clear. Thank you.
