Where do you get the blade clamp and set screws

GOOD VIDEO! Has anyone seen a rectangle or square metal piece that sits inside the blade clamp that goes between the set screw and the blade against the shaft (that would be - set screw- rectangle- blade- shaft.)? I have a Model: JR3000V
