I got a mk5 GTI I’ve had for about three months now, fun car, but it’s had a bad gasket near the manifold causing it to leak oil onto the oil pressure sensor, anyone know if I can relocate the sensor? Any help is great. Also do you know where I can find a filter for my turbo?
Love the work and the install, but I gotta hate on VW’s here because, well, it’s a loud VW with a four banger. When it inevitably starts losing oil out the exhaust, the wet little stains it leaves will match the sound… a Sharty fart blaster! Complete with an intake spinny boi “fan” for the s&*t to hit!
@@juuiceboxx The rear muffler delete on the mk6 does NOTHING AT ALL. Nothing. If you're going cheap, you either delete the res and live with the highway drone, or get a rear muffler delete paired with a vibrant resonator. Trust me, I've experimented on both of my GTIs. And only run a DP if you're tuning it to stage 2.
3:42 that kidin that suv is having the time of his life hearing all these loud cars
Dude isnt familiar with vw... keeps saying Type R. Bro this isnt a CIVIC!
Definitely not a type r
Farty vacuum mode, to just 'Farting Mode'
That’s how mines was. They just took off the cat’s as well
Thank God you got rid of that huge muffler
Mine is so f loud, I need a resonator. I'm catless downpipe, exhaust and no mufflers. I've been told I can be heard a mile away. 😂
I think that y-pipe is too sudden to provide maximum flow.
Nice work! 😎🔨👊🏻
Sounds pretty good.
Why not put Y-pipes to include the valves?
Can't you weld the exhaust valves in the new one you welded up?
Vibrant FTW!
What's the diameter for the 4 pipes coming out of the mufflers attached to the tips?
Nice way to say VW type R... lol. Does he have any drone noise
Sound good but I had pretty much that exact setup on my old GTI and it droned like crazy. Curious how it is on this one.
The bottles drone. You need an Ultra Quiet or the 18"

@@Drpepperkiller10 wow thank you for the info. I’ll most likely get a muff delete with the vibrant res
@@juuiceboxx No prob. I have a video of mine with a Vibrant Resonator and muffler delete
Are you not allowed to remove the catalytic converter there then just fit a down pipe from turbo and remapping computer
No, they would be fined if reported and investigated
@MCMiridion oky cool in South Africa they just remove everything from turbo and fit 3"down pipe
@@jv6miata Are you far from Vancouver canada
