77 was the only year for the gold stripe in the optional bodyside molding trim. 77 was also the first year for optional power windows, power door locks, & inside hood release. 80 was the last year for outside hood release.

Does dust and pollen stick to the penetrol like the boiled linseed oil? I liked the look but I have to park mine under a carport and everything seems to stick to it. Or am I putting too much on?
Oh no you are doing it correctly I believe. Yes it will attract dust and those little gnats. Or at least they seem to be over here. In my opinion, it would need to be in a garage until it is not tacky anymore. I let them sit for like 24 hours. But if it's humid outside, then maybe a little bit longer. Well in my 30 minute video I mention how long it lasts and it costs around $10.00 to buy Penetrol.
Just adding thought not meaning to sound all negative , it's just over the years I've spent ( I now feel wasted ) a lot of time and money
