🤣😂🤣❤️👏🥳. NONE of this was told to me prior to the lipo. I had to go and find you!!! Awsome tutorial. Straight to the point, no nonsense. Didn’t t even have to speed it up 😂
Me either. The only thing I was told was my compression garment. Started watching you tube videos and found this gentleman. Went for my post op yesterday and they were helping me into my faja and the doc said " ok, now they have these foams" my husband reached into my bag and pulled them out. Doc was surprised I had them 😊
To thank Dr. William for all the information he provides us let’s please support him by purchasing the products he sells. Thank you Dr. Will for all your information
Love Dr William"s sense of humor while he explains very serious stuff! =) Love it, I am two weeks post breast augmentation and doing well after following his advise, he is really the best!, can't wait to come back for my liposucion and fat transfer to my butt in 2 and half months from now.
Surgery is very serious but the rest of the time I like to have fun. I get the chance to meet new people everyday, I have great staff so I enjoy my work. I couldn't imagine dreading going to work. Work is fun for me.
I love Dr. William!! He’s a hard worker and just gives soo much information. It’s to the point where if you have surgery at another facility, u can still use this Surgeon for knowledge. But no def go to him because if you know you know!!
Most doctors don't even go through any of the dews and don'ts after libo section or even before. Thank you for doing that. I so wish I would have watched your video three years ago.❤
😂😂😂that was funny and soooo helpful!! Straight to the point without all the talking and unnecessary bs!! Thank you!!😅😅😅 He got a call telling him to speed up!!! 😂😂😂 tooo funny! Make more videos!!!
So bummed I didn’t get told most of these. I got drainage and bought garments but that’s all and was told to stop wearing garments too early. My incisions were also closed and I had no leakage so I retained fluid which left pockets that have never gone away :(
I love this! Right to the point. I skip so many videos because after I click on them they beat around the bush for like 3 minutes minimum. Btw, whoever called u in the middle of the video, tell em you still finished it within 5 minutes. Hahaha...
Whoa this is amazing! Thank you so much for the valuable info 💙 will be a lifesaver in the future. I def believe in *how* you recover after surgery is such a huge difference in results! A lot of people dont take it seriously and then are surprised the results are bad. Unfortunately for me tho, 12 months is not enough for my scars to heal. I m real slow, it easely takes up to 2 years to see real improvements.. at least i kinda know my body by now
Thank you so much doctor I feel like this helped me so much. I am getting liposuction next month and I have no idea what I am doing but I am praying for a beautiful safe recovery and videos like this help me very much so thank you ❤

Hello Dr, i would like to know: 1-After liposuction when can i get the radiofrequency sections? 2-15 days after liposuction is it normal to feel something like hard plates under the bloated stomach? isn’t considered fibroses? or it’s a normal healing process? thank you
I am holding a LIVE on UA-cam on September 18 at 7pm and will be going over things to do to prepare for a BBL, but a lot of it is still applicable for just liposuction. If you are interested here is a link: ua-cam.com/users/live98C164nqKPI?si=TM6m6mi3f-0G-bn2
That does not surprise me. There is little education on recovery. I will be doing a Live UA-cam event in November over two nights discussing recovery from lipo or a BBL and giving out a protocol for recovery.
Boards on skin in the front and back. Wear for two weeks and then foams on the upper abdomen and flanks and wear for two weeks. After two weeks start to wear FibroGuard under your faja.
@@DrWilliamMiami Thank you Dr William. I appreciate the quick reply. I have searched for FibroGuard at your website and can’t find it. Could you pls provide the link? Also, should I be concerned about the markings that the edge of boards and sponge panels make on my skin?
FibroGuard hasn't been released yet. It is in the manufacturing process and she be available at the end of this month. Markings are normal as you are swollen. I would suggest rolling. Here is a link to the Ogee Roller: ogeerecovery.com/collections/ogee-roller
You are a fantastic dr I’m going to be in touch with your office soon need to lose a little more weight working hard and getting my legs in shape so I can walk and do what I’m supposed to do to stay healthy because Ive wanted this for very long time
Suuuper interesante pero demasiado rápido. Sera posible haga otro video igual pero a velocidad moderada? Nos interesa mucho el tema y estamos mega agradecidos pero habla demasiado rápido. GRACIAS
It's not common to perform a second tummy tuck on someone because there is usually not enough skin but revisions, and fine tuning are sometimes possible.
It arrives today and will be available on April 11! It has been in Miami for a week but it took a while to clear customs but it has cleared this morning and we should be a go for Thursday!
Thank you so much. I have question. I had my first liposuction in December to treat my lipedema. Too much fat was removed around the thigh bone and the sides of the buttocks in general, to a lesser degree the inner thighs close to the knees. Should I wait 12 months until the fat transfer? How many treatments are needed in case of overrcorrection and fat transfer, respectively?
Doctor please don't say the massages hurt. I am a lymphedema therapist and post op therapist. Ive been doing this 9 years. The early massages are gentle MLD. The patient urinates out the fluid. After 2 or 3 weeks, the massages can become more fibrotic related using hot stones and tools and scar tissue techniques.
I agree with you. Thank you for clarifying. Traditional massages are uncomfortable. MLD is light and gentle and does not hurt. True. There are very few MLD therapists, and even fewer providing post lipo care, so most patients will end up with traditional massages. I suggest starting with traditional massages immediately post-op and then moving to MLD treatments beginning at two weeks for my patients as part of the Ogee Recovery Protocol.
great tips doc!! will plastic surgery eventually become less traumatic on the body, i.e. thinner better gear/needles and what not and also no scars? it's fantastic that things like laser HD sculpting exists it's just the traumatic aspect that kind of veers people off... oh that and the 10-15K USD price tag :D

Good. Here is a set of exercises that are great for a BBL and would be good for anyone after liposuction as well. ua-cam.com/video/2uvNwobeNQ0/v-deo.html
I wouldn't suggest using that. Firstly I don't think it would help and secondly there is local anesthetic in the cream and local anesthetic in the fluid used for lipo so I think if it was used on day one it could be dangerous in terms of dosing of lidocaine. There have been people who have died from lidocaine over dose for laser hair removal using topical numbing creams so I think best to avoid them all together.

can I counteract the vessel restriction from nicotine with low dose Cialis?
NO because they operate on different blood vessels. Cialis acts on the vein whereas nicotine acts on the arteries. Two different mechanisms.
