    Love how honest you are with the risks. Can’t stand a practice that says they have no infections or complications. I feel they are lying. Surgery always comes with risk.

    You’re videos are so informative. I’m two weeks post op (I had surgery with another surgeon in Miami) and because I watched your videos prior to surgery I knew immediately that I developed a seroma. I was able to get it drained and wasn’t afraid because of your thorough video pertaining to it. Thank you

      You are right about exercising but even with exercise and good eating habits there’s certain things a good eating habit/working out can’t fix so I understand why some people would lean towards surgery. A lot of things are genetics too like size of our breast. Eating healthy/working out isn’t going to make your breast size grow or give you thick thighs if you have skinny legs. I think trying to workout and eat healthy should be the 1st resort to working on our psychical appearance and then surgery as a last resort if we’ve tried everything else. Even with surgery you still have to maintain your new body. It isn’t an end all be all solution. Overall I agree with what you said were not all meant to look the same.

      If you know your hemoglobin is low, start taking blood builder pills (over the counter), iron pills (over the counter), start drinking beetroot juice, eat fruits and vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, and lots of greens that are high in iron. Don't take any chances, just try to bring your levels up. If you do surgery with low levels, there's a 99% chance that you'll need a blood transfusion

      🗣🗣🗣🗣I called his office and it is very hard to get a “real nurse” or knowledgeable staff member over the phone all they do is text your phone about BBL‘s and tummy tucks and liposuction offering discounts and pressuring you to get these things. It’s sad that that’s what this world has become. I remember reading or hearing about Dr. William story and why he even became a plastic surgeon. So that’s why I thought he could help🤷🏾‍♀️ Plastic surgery it’s not just about making someone’s Ass and Breast bigger! There are people suffering with other things that need reconstruction surgery such as Hidradenitis and other medical needs. Now it’s all about the quick money and I guess asses is selling so who cares about the other people who really needs a good doctor 🤷🏾‍♀️ All they care about us money I guess fast money easy money 🤔very sad What happened to the doctors that cared.

    • @DrWilliamMiami
      @DrWilliamMiami  2 роки тому +11

      I would not suggest having a massage therapist drain your seromas. You should only have a physician drain those. It is against the law for a massage therapist to drain a seroma, or open an incision. If the incisions are already open right after surgery then it is fine for the therapist to move the fluid out of those openings--that's what we want! But they should not be using needles to drain seromas or opening up a closed incision.

    Can someone explain why having a booty (organically or surgically) is so important? I have one and wish I didn't. The lower back pain and leg pains are hard enough with a natural booty; I wonder how the body handles the unexpected weight of a bbl.

    • @nicolevonw8101

      Really!? Wow! I had no idea!? Yes I’m a white woman and I’ve never understood the hype. Yes a toned body and nice booty is ideal- but bigger?? Not better! Of course we’re in the era of fake hip to waist ratio and the Bratz dolll look. These women are not black women. Naturally a non black woman is likely not to have a bigger booty, and that’s ok. I don’t understand why this is the culture now? Why can’t we all embrace our natural bodies? Ughh!!!
