I cut up the vegs into my liver with seasonings and let marinate over night. I put a little oil in pot and let it cook down, add a little water. Yummmmm

I enjoy eating liver with green bananas and dumplings. I would have marinated the beef liver with soy sauce and forego the browning though. Nice video.

Might try this my mother cooker liver 2 ways covered in salt pepper and flour the fried ,brown and crisp on the outside pink in the middle nice .the other way baked in the oven with unions untill it was gray and tasteless but the gravy was lovely

Chef olive oil is good for us and very expensive, so can I use coconut oil or regular vegetable oil?
It tastes differently but you can replace olive oil with almost any other oil. Just make sure the smoke point is higher than 180C: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smoke_point

Mixed dried herbs are a lot healthier- no salt, in comparison to mixed seasoning loaded with salt
Mixed dried herbs consist of : parsley, basil,thyme, sage,oregano and marjoram.

How many days out of the week would you recommend eating organ meats? Can you make a meal out of all or the same organ meat 5 days a week and be fine? I'm asking because it's said that eating too much organ meat can lead to a stroke or heart attack.
