@@juenfokitchen I can only find Grace seasoning where I live now, Walker is definitely more widely preferred by the Caribbean people that I've been around. I'm originally from Los Angeles, so I always had access to a variety of Caribbean food and seasonings back home.
No disrespect why are we sugar in our foods. ? Does that mean we can’t get our food to taste good without sugar ? I grew up my grandmother cooking the best food with our sugar. !! What about diabetic? If you drop the liver in boiling water for a few minutes the process of stripping the liver becomes so easy. All that bloody mess is gone. !
Hi. The small amount of added sugar is to balance out the flavors, which is very miniscule per serving. There are alternatives such as honey or Stevia, for example. Yes, that's also one way of stripping it, if it will be cooked right away.
@marygraceful stop your foolishness. Your body needs sugar. When all that carbohydrates you eat break down, it and and the sugar breaks down into the same thing C6H12C6 (glucose). Ain't nothing wrong with a little sugar. If you stop eating sugar, you will die. She just added a bit. At the end of the day, we will all die cause we are mortals.

Welcome. Glad you like it!

Happy to hear!🙂
I made some liver stew today. I didn't add any jerk seasoning nor sugar, the next time I cook it I'm going to add a bit of jerk, sugar and browning.
Yesss! Especially the jerk seasoning. It's a game changer.👍

they surely did use the sugar to balance out flavors but they burn it and skip the bottle browning
Really don't know why some people add sugar to savory dishes the food is delicious without sugar. Sugar is poisonous. Makes no sense
@@marygracefulyou sound real ignorant. Don't eat it and don't cook it maybe it's not meant for you to understand. Probably can't cook
