You are not just Strong.. You r the strongest. You really have lot of strength brother. 0:18 to 0:26 are the best moments. Such a nice tutorial. Keep it up man.. 👍
Thanks for the break down. I was trying from second step, at first, and it was too much for me. I'm glad to have been introduced to another level before, which I can handle and get a feeling of what is to come. Thanks again.
Found you from your front lever walk tutorial, which I stumbled upon while I was doing advanced tuck front lever holds, haha. You are awesome, and your form is awesome.
i have watched so many videos for the human flag, you make it look so easy. wish you would describe which muscles are used and are they flexed, tensed or relaxed
makes it look very easy, but it still requires a lot of training thats for sure. I've started training about 2 months ago, but still in the kicking-up phase, lol.
sir pls make a video on which workout routine should we follow for calisthenics, push pull legs, upper lower splits etc... which is best to get strong and build some muscle with skills ? Love you sir ❤️❤️😀
I'm 4 months into my human flag training and I'm following this routine. I'm currently on step 5 and even just that is very impressive at the local gym! You know what really helps? Some light 2 or 2.5 lbs ankle weights. I try most exercises with them, even if it's just for 1 or 2 seconds, and then when I take them off I feel super light and powerful! Oh one thing that helps is before you can swing your legs up to get upside down, do a climb to get yourself upside down so you can know what it's like to hold yourself in that position. Gotta have the grip strength for sure! Then just slowly climb down to get safely back on the ground.
So how can divided those steps on the 21 days and what in case one of those steps, I’m not able to apply it. What the exercises that prepare our body to be able to apply the actions at As you show in the video, thanks in advance
Here's two tricks: 1. Climb yourself with your feet into the upside down position so you can learn what's it's like to be in that position and the grip strength needed to suspend yourself. Once you can hold for about 15-20 seconds, your grip strength is good. 2. Practice the up-kick with 2 or 2.5 lb ankle weights. Do the up-kick as fast as you can, even though you won't be able to. You basically trick your mind into thinking your legs are heavier and your nervous system starts to recruit more muscles. Then when you take them off, still kick as fast as you can, and you'll see you'll be able to kick a lot faster and the momentum will carry you upwards a lot better!
Hello Andy, I heard that the human flag could bring big problems as we practiced it, especially on our shoulders? is it true? is it a figure that I have always wanted to work on, but I am lost because of this "rumor", is it true or false? what are the risks, incovenients and benefits of this skill? I don’t want to take the risk of ending up with big problems for a simple skill like that..
All straight arm strength like the human flag and front and back levers put a lot of stress on the joints. And the taller and heavier you are the more stress involved. Forget about the 21-day claim in the title because that is impossible. Just take your time with the progressions and don't rush them. Also look for some other tutorials that will give you different types of prehab exercises to help prevent injuries.
@@jijimaisavecdeuxJetpasdeuxGsvp Yeah as long as you train sensibly you'll be fine. I've definitely beat my joints up on straight arm strength in the past but pretty much my own fault.
Note: for each of these steps, you should work on perfecting them for a few days until moving on to the next. You won't be able to do it in the same day, because you did all the previous steps, that would be ridiculous.
Hahahah , I can 10 pull ups and 20 push ups , and step 1 for human flag is difficult :D Im not shocked because I can `t to do back lever - I heard that back lever is for beginners and back lever is easier than human flag :O
@@eliascalisthenics1577 I train them primarily on a pole not the bars so the inverted position makes your bottom arm push a lot more in either case. If you can climb your bars and then invert your body while opening your chest it’s easier but pushing up into that position is harder throwing a full flag imo because the bottom arm is the hardest part of the technique

for me human flag is easier than I imagined, I can master it in about 24 days from the first day, but the previous year I deepened the basics first
I'm at step 4 and have been looking for tips to improve, many thanks for the quality tutorial. I'm sure I'll get there within a couple months now!

Bruhh I learn front lever first before this
I just randomly tried a front lever today and I could hold it for a second. Tried this and I felt like I wasn’t doing something right
Yeah bro. Front lever is easier than this. This move required straight arm strength. While FL helped by lot of muscle so its easier hehe
Depends on person and physic. I persnally struggle to do front but have a good flag@@prasetyoa.9699
@MahinAbduIlahits easier when you have weight in your back.
@MahinAbduIlaheveryone can hold it for one sec, its just raw strenght at a certain point for front lever
Awesome tutorial Andry 💪 would definitely like more
