Yamaha V Star 1100 - Spark Plug Change

Today I will be changing the spark plugs on my 2009 Yamaha V Star 1100 (XVS). I learned a few things along the way as I did this and I hope you can too.
I also put a image of the service factory specs for the spark plugs that being:
Spark Plug Model: W22EPR-U
Gap: 0.7 - 0.8 mm (0.0028 - 0.0031 inches)
Torque: 20 N/m (14 ft/lbs)
