I’ve got the same bike--same color. It is a rare color. Mine is the Silverado addition. Good bike. Good video.
I ended up having to sell the bike but it was very reliable while I had it.
Thanks for the step by step, good video.
I appreciate that
Yeah I’ve been drinking again 😂. Very nice how too video. Also that bike sounds great 👍 I’m happy your enjoying it
Lol. I was drinking lmao
Sounds great
Nice work CS. Nice bike, too! Tell me, how did you get the socket out after removing the extension on the 2nd plug? Being that they both had to go in individually. Thanks for the vid and God bless!😁👍
I used the pliers and grabbed the opening for the anvil.
Nice bike. Sounds sweet
For sale lol
What saddle bags are those? Are they stock? I am looking for new ones for my 2005 v star 1100 Silverado, and those look great.
I could not tell you, when I bought the bike they were already on there. If they are aftermarket, they did a real good job painting it to match.
Nice bike good job. Ngk works good for me 👍
it is not a high performance bike, those plugs will do nicely
My 4th gen doesn't do that Mines got the RC car antenna Lol! I installed some vance & hines pipes and a jet kit on a friends vstar. It sounded and looked great. They ride nice and easy. His was only a 250 I believe. Not much top end on the highway but I bet the 1100 has plenty of power.
It's not the fastest bike I've owned. It tops out at 110. But it does take a bit to get there.
@@chemicalspore My old sportster was similar in top speed but when you hit over 90 the extended forks began to wobble it would clean up over 100 if you drove through it though lol. there was a fork brace available for it I never got to try. Miss that bike. Cruisers are a lot of fun to ride around town on.
@@CamaroRick haha, this bike is smooth to its top end. But in Orlando you have alot of dumb drivers. you have to be on the offensive constantly.
@@chemicalspore I bet, lot of them out here too. Be safe man!
How long should I leave the choke on after start up
3 seconds
What are the plug wires you used ?
Stock
Gee me al you shire some perdy “shines” surfaces boy , but seriously a new speaker can make a big difference . Good info
Ah hate this spell check
Don't use anti-sieze because it's shiney?!? Yes, always use anti-sieze and also use dielectric grease on the boots...ffs...
If the threaded area has a dull surface than yes I use anti seize. If it has the coated surface and you use anti seize, you could easily over torque spark plugs inside the head and strip the threads. FFS! Not to mention, some spark plugs like NGK recommends not using anti seize. You could change the heat rating on the metal and cause pre-ignition.
