I appreciate the beginner ab workout. I’ve had 3 c-sections and really needing to strengthen my core as you can imagine so this is a great start. I have a ways to go just based on how my workout went, but I’m hopeful!

I had to jump on my phone to leave some love.
I started my health journey about 3 months ago and heading to the gym daily. Some times, if life gets in the way and I can’t make it to the gym, I’ll work out at home. Your page just popped up on my tv and you guys have become my go to when I can’t make it to the gym. Thank you guys so much for great work outs!! I did a couple work outs over the weekend and I’m sore! But I’m about to get in a back and chest workout right now 💪 thank you for the great content!

I just found your channel and have had 5 c-sections so my core is extremely weak and am hoping this workout will not only strengthen my core but also help get rid of the awful "fupa" that comes along with them. I know it won't remove it all but still hoping it will get flatter and less noticeable. Thank you for your wonderful beginners workouts.

Mannnnnn oh man 🥵. This workout gets me whenever I do it and I've only did it a few times but it does challenge me because I'm not a floor person when it comes to working out. I did it though (with modifications for a few moves) and felt good when completing it. Honestly, I didn't think I would get hooked but I am. I love the strength training I can get from your videos 😁

Lol yes in theory you can do these everyday 😂...however if your core is semi garbage like mine, then every other day, or no more than 2 or 3 times might work until you build your endurance 😊
