    Apparently this was my first time doing this video! I couldn’t stop yawning since it was my second one for sleep tonight but I spent so much time sitting today, first at the vet and then at the emergency room after carrying in one of my MoW recipients in after he told me he was having chest pains and has a history of heart issues. His daughter texted me later and told me his test came out good but they were keeping him overnight for observation. So good news there. And I’m ready for a good nights sleep! Thanks for assisting in it! 💐

    This was great! I visited New York and practiced with a Tai Chi class outside. The instructor said I did great and it was because of your teaching! 😁
