I actually didn't realize how much percussion work went into this iconic song, and I'm sure it wasn't that easy to fit it into a single song with the recording equipment of that time. IMHO, The spirit and Soul of the performance must be preserved. Bit perfect, digital reproduction of the analog, Human, live performance, with all the "flaws" is as good as it gets. Here, the elevated level of percussion and especially the clear, individually miked crash cymbal is magic to my aging ears. Nice to have both versions also. Loved it as always! 🧡

As a sound guy who got to mix Edgar Winter, I count myself as qualified to say that the sax playing and vocals by Noah are stupendous. Cara’s guitar is interesting, effortless and fluid, great steady bass and a beautiful enigmatic facial expression worthy of Jimmy Page. Sina the Younger’s bongos are dynamic and Sina the Elder’s drums, as usual, propel the whole effort. I love the end shot where she almost falls off her stool. Wunderbar!

Try to blow the tune out on audio, see how it goes, then soften it up a bit to suit your tastes. I'm ready to buy "Sina Concert" tickets when you bring the whole gang to Lexington, KY. The new Rupp Arena is done, and is acoustically perfect, as far as getting a 55,000-65,000 seat (or more) to that perfect acoustic place. Kudos, girl, kudos!
