This kid singing is real good. His parents must feel amazing seeing their son paying tribute to a legend. The whole band is fantastic and all the sax players, awesome tribute
I thought it might be an instrumental tribute, because who would you put in the position of singing this song as a tribute. The guy did a great job in capturing the emotional impact of the lyrics. 10 stars.
This is my favorite song from the 70s, after I heard this song, I made a trip to London from New York to visit Baker Street with my wife. She passed away recently. I missed her so much and I missed Gerry Rafferty, I missed the 70s.......................
I'm sorry for your loss. The sax riff has been one of those things in the back of my head all my life and I only just finally learned the name of the song. It's been stuck in my head ever since. I hope it brings back good memories for you

Blown away... Just amazed into tears, real tears - I lost it when that young lad ripped into that solo. Well done EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU. Hats off to the Paisley2021. Three cheers, mates.
This so badass, that group sax sound at the intro is really powerful... As someone who grew up when ‘Baker Street’ came out on the radio this really evokes some powerful emotions... this sounds like a herd of elephants, trunks raised in perfect harmony sounding out a warpath call to march! Those drums and the guitar solo are excellent! Gerry Rafferty would be very stoked!

Ever since i was young an heard this song, made me fall in love with the saxophone an especially how George Thoragood plays his in his songs,it touches my soul.
Great tribute. I'm sure Rafferty is looking smiling. IMO, the drums really made this song have a great beat. Sax's were great too, everything was great.

My new favorite video. I can't get watch/listen to it enough. And the group with the plastic saxophones dancing in the crowd were great to watch as well!
Baker Street is one of those songs that is so closely linked to its composer/performer that any artist attempting a cover version is taking a risk. This rendition was brilliant. Great guitar solo too.
@@thursoberwick1948 It appears to me you are another one with no talent other than knocking those that are enjoying themselves. Too much keyboard envy.

"Stuck in the Middle with You" is more Rafferty. Now jog on...
Fantastic ! That young drummer was super, really keeps the whole thing tight and together. Thanks for telling me about it, George, and pointing me in the direction of this wonderful video.

You serious? He stinks
He's exceptional. Funny how he's a little flat in areas, but still sounds fantastic. That's a great singer that can make the wrong note sound good.
He didn't even get the words right. He's horrible. Gerry should rise from his grave and slap the fuck out of him.

No he's not. He's crap. Why is he singing with an american accent. Just sounds wrong.
There is a Baker Street in Glasgow southside in shawlands 😆 gerry was a great artist great tribute
