Ayahuasca Vlog 6 - After the first two ceremonies

- A moment of reflection on my first two Ayahuasca ceremonies and how difficult it is to immediately have clear 'messages' from the experiences. Recorded as night fell in the jungle; more on the second ceremony to follow in the next instalment.
Inspired by the stories of many people who have drunk Ayahuasca to learn more about themselves and to seek physical and spiritual healing in the (often very tough) process, I booked a 10-day retreat in Peru, in the Amazon, to follow in their footsteps. After recording videos every 4 weeks in the run-up, I made several more during the retreat itself which I'll upload (now I have decent internet again) to document how things unfolded.
Send me your questions - about the trip, me, Ayahuasca itself, etc. - and I'll do my best to answer as many as possible.
This is an intensely personal journey, and I'm going to lay it all out in the open here. I want to share this journey with other people, whether they're considering drinking Ayahuasca, have done so already, who feel the same kinds of emptiness and negativity that I do, or who just want to see the journey of someone before and after this intense experience.

What was your main intention before the ceremony, and before you actually felt like going to the place where it's been taken? What you wanted to heal, or to reveal in yourself, or to find in the whole experience?
you had depression. what did the other people have? I have PTSD. do you know if anyone there had that??
Hi - thanks for watching! Yes, Ayahuasca is quite often used to help people suffering from PTSD. In fact, there were a couple of former marines who were with me on one of my experiences at SpiritQuest who were there for precisely that reason.
