wow this is exactly what i needed! did a life-changing ayahuasca retreat in peru 3 years ago and now deciding if i should move onto the meditation retreat in nepal
Nice to see you! And that was funny about the coffee or death. Really funny. Really want you to find your answers and rely on that inner essence of yours. Yes, in casual life it's a way more difficult to stay conscious. But we can use everyday "little things" like going to the market etc. etc. etc to practice being centered. When we are ready, everything is a teacher to us and we are teacher to everything. And the more you can understand, accept and integrate your lows, the closer to your natural highs you will become. Wish you a lot of gifts and insights on your journey of self-discovery!
Hi Jonathan. Glad you finding your way. I am determined to try ayahuasca..made me believe in it more because of you guys among the world. Can you tell me where the ceremony happens across the world....thank you
Hello Jonathan! Im very interested in this program and it would be so helpful if we could have a chat since i have so many questions! If its not too much to ask i would really love your most detailed advice :) thankyou! Saludos de Guatemala!
I didn't drink Ayahuasca in Nepal :) This vlog is just a continuation of a personal journey which in many ways began with drinking Ayahuasca in Peru a couple of years ago. The time I spend at Kopan Monastery in Nepal was the next chapter.
