I've been hitting the double end bag for years and I never really thought of the little things your talking about. I just started training another fighter and I'm sending him this video. EXCELLENT JOB!!! Thanks for taking the time to explain the little things...

Is that attached with an elastic cord on bottom and rope on top?

Hey what size double end bag is this, and are you using hand wraps/is it ok to not use hand wraps and just boxing gloves?
Personally I don’t use gloves when I hit the floor to ceiling bag but it does make it a lot harder
