So you could have a jab or cross to the body by calling 1 or 2 and holding the mitt low. Helped the fighter focus on targeting areas rather than just throwing mindlessly because he hears a number.
Nearly every gym, coach or trainer have modified or tailored the combo code system to their personal preference and ease of use. I get that everyone does it different, but the way Legends does it seems to create a spatial mixup at the 3 and 4. Wow i got this sir what about quick combos of punches
Theee gloves are hilarious 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Is cool you have a different numbering system. That surely confuses the people that goes against your fighters in the ring.
Just subscribed. Thank you for going slow and explaining. Enjoyed your video. 😀
Great video thx ❤
Not saying you’re wrong but NEVER heard the 8 and 4 switch you just presented. Plus, just doesn’t make sense to me. Why not follow in sync like one and two, straight, 3,4 hooks, 5,6 upper cuts, 7,8 overhead????
I like this
same here bro, with the 7 being the rip or shovelhook to body and yeah, the 8 is the overhand.
The right hook 8 would confuse a newly learned boxer.
At the end of the video, why does he say not to throw it to the head?
Bob Ross you can hurt someone, it’s your power punch, assuming you are right hand. I think.
G0ng33 iknow you can hurt someone.. I’m asking why this dudes saying NOT to throw it...
Bob Ross I assume they’re concerned about brain damage in the long run because of taking punches to the head in training
saleh mansour so why are they telling you to punch in the head with various other types of punches then? 😂
Wonderful🎉❤dear coach
Amazing sir 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Fantastic video!!!
Why are number systems different with different coaches?
I'm 12 and this will be good for protection
1F-2F-1F-2F-2 Left Right Feint Left Right Feint Right Straight
This was really really helpful. Be great to see footwork as well but this really helped.
3 is right hook 5 and 6 are uppercuts
❤❤❤Great job
Easy enough...needed to learn some techniques to shadow box in my garage. Not like I'm going pro or anything. Just burn some calories!
If 3 is a left hook, then why is 4 a right uppercut? Think you got 4 and 6 mixed up
You shown that combinations but unfortunately you did not perform them !
1 jab
2 right
3 L hook
4 R hook
5 L upper cut
6 R upper cut.
Even numbers fr right hand
Odd number fr left hand.
I find this veriation is more simple.
Good jab
What number is right hook to head?
Hey guys can someone tell me what size should I wear I'm 15 years old and near about 5'9" in height
Bonus punch shovel hook
I hate it when coaches say there's no water to throw uppercut on a traditional heavy bag. You just gotta change the angle and trajectory of the punch. Same with the lead uppercut.
1F-2F-1F-2F-2 Left Right Left Right Feint Right Straight
Very good thanks
What number is the Tantrum? Usually deployed by Ex's?
What about the Bolo Punch? Gazalle Punch? Smash Punch? Corkscrew Punch?
