Jesus, nothing produced or released in the past 15 years or so comes anywhere near what we had in the 90s. Garbage, Portishead, Massive Attack, Tricky. I want to go back.
First heard this song in the late 90s, sitting at a Taco Bell at 10pm eating a late dinner consisting of a Taco Supreme and Burrito Supreme. I was a full time student studying electrical engineering and a part time DJ at the university across the street. I was the first person to play VOW in the Central Valley of CA. I recall tearing open the wrapper of the promotional packaging. The CD was in a olive green metal capsule. Garbage had that different sound.
An amazing band with Shirley's iconic voice on top. Every time I get a new Garbage album, there's a part of me that worries this will be the one where I think they've jumped the shark. I hit 'play', the first song begins, and I always feel like a fool for questioning. They just get better and better. Thank you, Garbage, for showing us all how it's done... :)

My 12 year old self had exquisite music taste. So proud of myself, patting my back lol
Agreed🙂
I'd like to think my 12 year old self would have been that cool... but I was 28 lol
I can't believe I still love it as much😁😌🕯️🫶
The vocal and musical masterpiece.
My favourite female rocker in the world. Shirley is just incredible I hope she makes a 6th album someday.
"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you"
(I read that in a Book once)
I assume u already know abt "No Gods, No Masters," released last yr -- right back to their brilliance of the '90s & '00s.
Beautiful song and so sad at the same time ❤
Diciembre 2019!!!!
her voice is sublime - only she can 'produce' a "YOU" the way she does.
so nice, it's a drug...
i wish i were the you for someone like this ;-)
Gaëtan Bonny ...and not the "you" in stabbing westward's "shame"?
not sure i get your point. sorry
Gaëtan Bonny :') your comment is beautiful.
What about Soldja boio "You"?
I love this band, Shirley has the best range and power of any modern vocalist, they have never done a bad album, love em
except for maybe i dunno, charlotte wessels, elize ryd, floor jansen, anette olzon, sharon den adel........... just too name a few!!!!!!!! manson is a pop singer no where near the range nor power of ANY of these ladies.....
Jesus, nothing produced or released in the past 15 years or so comes anywhere near what we had in the 90s. Garbage, Portishead, Massive Attack, Tricky. I want to go back.
She is an angel. What a gift for thay 3 guys to have found Shirley!
Very moving song that brings up unique memories
Haunting beauty.
I haven't listened to anything they've made since the 90s but will now. Thanks.
The first video I downloaded on a PC , 1999. It only took about 6 hours..!
This is still 🔥
WOW . This explains so much in our world today 'I AM LOST, SO I AM CRUEL'
Thank you Garbage. You guys have made some of my absolute favorite music.
90s as fuck!! I love it very much.
Don Keep Her WAITING ! ! !
She has such a haunting voice and EYES, just wow
woooow this song used to be the hymn of a life, thank you for helping the spark never to fade, This band is awesome
I love this song. . . so dreamy.
