As someone who doesn’t know much about Welsh football history (before 2014), this video was an emotional roller coaster
bale is probably one of the most underrated players of all time, the way he dribbles, crosses and scores is magnificent. i hope that the wales national team can really show up in the world cup (even though i'm american, team u.s.a FTW) it's a great story i have to say. Amazing Video.

The defining segment in this video was Gary Speed's sudden death and Chris Coleman transforming that emotion into resilience.
100 percent! It could of gone the other way completely but Chris really managed to harness the emotion, considering he was stepping into massive shoes he worked miracles

This Welsh side very much reminds me of the Ireland team of the late 80s and 90s. Save for one or two superstars (Bale and Ramsey in this case), they aren't necessarily the most gifted individuals but are very well coached, difficult to beat and seem to have a great sense of togetherness. Rob Page deserves huge credit for managing to pick up where Gary Speed and Chris Coleman left off.

As a Welsh person, this is very nice, haven't seen the video yet, but I am really excited even though we lost against Belgium we played beautifully. I love this team, its something that makes being a Welsh person feel special. Seeing the national team come to the works cup, and the dedication set by the players is fascinating. I'm really excited for the Poland game and the world cup. CYMRU!!!!!

I agree wholeheartedly to the narrative of Gareth Bale being undeserving of the massive hatred from spanish media. Yeah, Real Madrid was paying Bale a massive wage, but their fans were a bunch of ungrateful wretches to him. The "Wales, Golf; Madrid. In that Order" would have never happened if they supported Bale as they supported other foreigners like Cristiano, Benzema, Marcelo, Kroos, Varane, Casemiro and Modric. F*ck all biased media.

I actually was in Paris when England and Wales played each other, I was just trying to get to the Eiffel Tower and I went through the courtyard of a watch party and it was insane. I didn’t know much of football during that time but I know the energy was absolutely insane and spectacular. I didn’t realize what special moment in football history was happening in front of my eyes but to look back I’m blessed that I was there to witness it.
I too was at that Fanzone in Paris. One of the most memorable moments of my life. Can't wait for the tournament as it might be another 50 years ti we qualify, good luck to all teams involved.

The team of 2016 and the era of Gareth Bale is Gary Speed's legacy and we couldn't have done it without him. My opinion doesn't matter much, but I'd love a video essay about Uruguays National Team, seeing as how they hosted and won the first WC and are history makers.
What a great video. Some of us are spoiled since we see our national teams constantly qualify for the WC. It will be amazing in Wales when they get to see Wales in the WC since 1958.
