      One effective hack to avoid sugar spikes is to drink vinegar or apple cider vinegar before meals. Vinegar helps slow down the breakdown of starches into glucose.     I love the idea of adding apple cider vinegar to a glass of water to drink before meals. I normally do ot when I feel the need to detox but this will be a better consistency for my overall goals 🙌🏾✨️💕
