You should totally read the creepypasta, it will clear up only like one or two things (such as the brick wall) but that’s because the original creepypasta was just about a game that only had one “level” which was walking through a lobby of a theater with the ticket taker. And the game would start changing at a random point creating the swirly faced man, and then later making the ticket taker pace around saying “never reach the other levels”... I basically explained the whole thing but it’s still worth a look for the more cool and creepy details!

As far as I know the creepypasta itself doesn’t explain any more than this game so I’ll make a story based on the evidence given: A brother scared his little sister by pretending to be a ghost. She ran scared into the woods until the brother heard her scream. He found her dead body in the woods (the young girl screaming symbolizes the last time he ever heard her alive). He got a glimpse of the murderer wearing a white and black striped mask just before they fled. He started to obsessively grieve over his sister and even starts to see a doctor for help (the doctor [Barry] might ironically be the murderer due to how Barry is portrayed as a classy somewhat ominous man and the frozen black and white shot of his face at the end signals SOME sort of intent) The “magic pills” do nothing but distort the brothers memory as he desperately draws pictures of the mask to try to remember what it looks like but end up being just swirls. The brother goes into insanity and is put in a psych ward (possibly by the very man that killed his sister) where he knows nothing but the distorted memory of his sisters killer. After being released he writes 2 suicide notes (in a symbolic way), commits suicide in a theater after watching a movie, and the game itself is him in purgatory being tormented by the grim reaper unable to escape the theater until he comes to terms with his sisters death and finally accepts it...

When my sister and I went to see Deadpool 2 and we were waiting for the previews and the movie to start, we started talking about Roseanne and how DJ was denied another tour, this psycho woman thought we were insulting her husband by saying that he got in and how we needed to not say another word and somehow misconstrued what we were saying and thought we were pissed because we couldn't get into the army or something. She wasn't even paying attention to our conversation and just heard what she wanted to hear, just so she could butt into our conversation. Anyway the point is, you just don't find psychos in the bathroom, you can also find them in other parts of the theater.
