Thanks for the video, Robert! What would you say would be the advantages of purchasing in Crosswind Ranch/Crosswind Point vs. North River Ranch?
Also, in Crosswind Point, do you have to drive through the Casa Fresca section to get to the villas? Or is there another entrance to the villas that avoids the water treatment plant? Would love to see what the villas section looks like next time you are in that neighborhood, if possible (even as a short/not a full video).

Hi Robert. Do you know if Homes by Westbay has plans for building any villas in North River Ranch that are not 55 plus only? I know Neal has the Tidewater 2 model, but I prefer the Bridgeport from Westbay. Thank you.
