I eat mushrooms everyday! They are not only delicious but good for our health.... I saute them in a little olive oil and a little salt! then I take a crusty roll and fill it with these yummy mushrooms.... what a feast! Try them!
See if you be can add little garlic and coriander.
Chewy, and they absorb seasonings really well!
They are discusting
0:50 no, never eat raw mushrooms. They contain the carcinogenic compound agaritine that is essentially destroyed by cooking. Always cook your mushrooms!
Eating raw mushroom is as gross as raw meat.
Absolutely agree! NEVER EAT RAW MUSHROOMS! ALWAYS COOK THEM FIRST BEFORE EATING!
I like them grilled... brush some olive oil on them.... Season them with Lowery's seasoning ( garlic power and salt) . cook until feels spongy.

Mushrooms are truly the future of sustainable protein and multivitamin source.
They do not contain a significant amount of protein in fact just more than vegetables…
@@wills242
While mushrooms are low in protein compared to meat they are also much lower in calories
Mushrooms are not plants which is why they contain vitamin D
They also don't photosynthesis like plants
@@baha3alshamari152meat has abt .27 grams of protein per gram while mushrooms have less than .03 grams of protein per gram. The difference is huge,
you’d have to eat yourself sick with mushrooms to get the same protein as a small piece of beef.
Why mislead people?
i dont trust experts anymore.
Why?
***I can refer you to this mate who guided me through my first ever dmt experience he's got mushrooms LSD MDMA and other psychedelic he ships discreetly****

You must cook mushrooms to avoid the cancer causing qualities and the chitin which we cannot digest.
Are canned portabella mushrooms safe? Does this remove the agaratine?
