Bear Grylls would not be happy.
Dishes like the first one make me doubt the decision to stop eating meat, so thanks for including the second one! Was delicious!
I went to a Korean barbeque the other day and they gave me some big mushrooms to grill in the pan alongside the grease from the pork. Holy shit was that good. Never appreciated mushrooms as a young lad but I'm finding more ways to cook and eat them as I get older.
Been a vegetarian for 15 years, and i love cooking, this video made me think "maybe i will eat meat once per year" for the first time, lol.
Still not convinced though, gotta be some really happy and healthy animal, but if at all, then it has to be slowcooked.
But its really late an i am hungry^^
Anyways, came for the mushrooms lol.
I’ve always wanted to cook these but for some reason was intimidated. Thank you for a simple recipe. Can’t wait to try this!
