Like my comment so you can remember me Day 1: pretty hard but did it with no breaks Day 2: I did it although it was already very late Day 3: did it in the morning and I really felt the burn Day 4: done and it was very hard but I start seeing results Day 5: done Day 6: Rest Day Day 7: done Day 8: done (you guys keep me so motivated, thank you ♡) Day 9: done! Day 10: done Day 11: done Day 12: rest day Day 13: done Day 14: done My result: My abs are much more toned and I have also lost like 3 cm around my waist so I can really recommend it! I think I will continue excercising and I will update every week from now on. I also do some other workouts besides this. Thank you guys that you stayed with me and motivated me. Now it's your turn! U have helped me so much through my journey to lose weight . Pilates my fav even though people say it’s easy like my dad I prove them wrong !😂 thanks so much Lilly I love u !🥰

Felt everything burning here; ☘️Day 2: probably bcs I slept better, but today was easier (just a thumb cramp and the usual burning) ☘️Day 3: couldn't do it (I was way too tired bcs I couldn't sleep) ☘️Day 4: done! The pain was kinda good today ☘️Day 5: kept my rest day even though I didn't workout in day 3 ☘️Day 6: only one exercise I wasn't able to do without the modification. I'm proud

Though I am doing my regular workout sessions. Anyways I did the workout today and here’s the update: Day 5: Idk if it’s because of my illness or what, but I feel way less bloated. I also feel much more fluid today. Day 6: my stomach was a bit sore today but I got through the vid Day 7: LAST CONSECUTIVE DAY I’m getting the hang of it now still feel the burn tho.

Lilly hands down is one of the best trainers on UA-cam. Her energy and attitude towards pilates and working out, physiotherapy and health is contagious and encouraging. Lilly's workouts always kick my butt and make me feel stronger. I do use the Lean app for longer workouts. That and Lilly's free videos and programs have really made me feel a lot stronger and more confident in myself. Thank you so much 🎉🎉🎉
I love this short workout! I have been doing the 11 line abs for a while but this shorter routine really packs a punch! I can really feel that burn, in such a great way. It has taken time and patience but I finally have a strong core. Thank you Lily!

I REALLY love your workouts. I do pretty much of weighted workouts, but I still struggle to do yours even though they look not so challenging at first. I wish I could join your Lean method, but I'm from Russia and I can't just buy it. 😢 this damn policy Thank you so much for making some free videos as well, I love it ❤
All these exercise if done regularly will it burn stubborn fat from upper and lower belly? Also do you recommend portion control in diet for more better result ?
Fat could be burn just with déficit calories and also cardio, hiit o strength training. These exercises Will make abs stronger, but It Will be still under the fat
Doing this for a week Day 1:✅ honestly really tiring. My legs are sore! Day 2: ✅ I had track which made me sore but finished it. It wasn’t too bad! Day 3: ✅ not too hard! I don’t see any results yet!!
Try a memory one or a thick yoga matt. Don't use something to unstable or to big cuz your back will no longer get in contact with the floor and with time other problems may appear. Try what you can do and feel comfortable doing. Good job for trying either way🎉
