starting from today i'll be doing this for a month, 4 times a week (Sunday, Tuesday , Thursday, Friday) along with a calorie deficit and an intermittent fast, i also go to the gym Monday to Friday working on body recomposition Today my measurements are: lower belly = 96cm : upper = 81cm : waist = 78cm Day 1 :My core was on firee, I couldn't go through all of the exercises but i pushed, didn't do the last 2 Day 2 :My core was still on fire but it wasn't that bad as the first day, i did alll the exercises 🥳🥳 Day 3: I can finally do the first 4 exercises without any breaks, yes my core was stilll on fire and i managed to do the entire workout but i aint doing no hard drives or whatsoever at the end there😂😂, its going great🫰🏽

hey guys! so im gonna be doing this for like a month and ill be updating you guys, if i forget please like comment or like or something like that! i also do another lily sabri one so i may or may not get different results day 1 ✅: my core was killing me, some i physically couldnt do so i just did the 7th workout instead! day 2 ❌ : i couldnt do it, i walked over 15k steps and did some cardio stuff so i think that made up for it :) day 3 ❌ : had my period day 4 ✅: i did it, it burned but it felt good, i couldnt do some because of my period, but it was fine :) day 5 ✅: burned a lot! it felt really sore, i see the top of my stomach deflating the the tiniest bit, but im happy abt that :) day 6 ✅: i didnt have a lot of motivation but i still did it! nothing changed much, its a bit eassier though! day 7 ✅: i have a lot more motivation, it burned but it felt good! remind me if you want!
Day 1 24/11/24 - i had to pause almost every 30 seconds because I'm so out of shape and it hurt SO BAD. gonna try to document my journey doing this exercise just to prove to myself that I can do it :") But right now it's really feeling like an impossible task! Day 2 29/11/24 - took a break from this workout (just life things). Came back to it and omg? I could go through the whole video!!!! This makes me so happy and motivated Day 3 3/12/24 - had to pause once because my core was on FIRE goddamn :") I'm thinking that i should probably increase the frequency that I do this workout for better results but I'm proud of myself for getting out of bed and doing it today :) hopefully I'll be back soon! (one thing I realise is that I also really feel it in my thighs. it's probably my hip flexors. hopefully it gets better) Day 4 6/12/24 - PHEW! managed not to stop more than 1-2 seconds between exercises. Feels good! saw people on tiktok saying lilly sabri is really good even if the exercises are like 5-7 minutes, so I can't wait to see where this exercise takes me! Again, I'm hoping to do these exercises more frequently. Maybe I'll be back in two days next time! Day 1 (restart) 3/1/25: so it turns out that if you take a long break from exercising, your body goes back to square one and you have to pause the video multiple times to gain some form of sanity. Wish I didn’t fall sick and then lose my momentum but it’s okay I’m gonna start fresh with the new year
