    Cabinet handles should be safer - not so much sticking out, fridge should have a separate freezer, and at some point you may think to add a washer/dryer combo. Not sure I want to sleep on top of a battery that you are showing at the beginning of the video. And having a short waves radio won't hurt either. I love the exterior design. I'll sure get the PW when I am ready to travel customizing it before buying. Thank you for the nice presentation. Really enjoyed watching it.

    The most important thing! How much? Or give us an idea to the average price. Thanks again for the awesome videos and awesome RV Vans. I will be in the market for a brand new one in 2 years while I keep saving! This company is super high on my list.

    Pleasure Way makes lovely Sprinter class b coaches with awesome features. Most importantly, I love the fact that more class b manufacturers are *finally* moving to li-ion house batteries with high power solar charging. That said, 285watt/200ah is still woefully inadequate for off grid campers. Roadtrek offers the best system available, an up to 600 watt/1600 ah system, which is paired with a supplemental under-hood generator. This system is perfect for off gridders who don't want to ever have to worry about power. That system still cost way too much, I think it's a $29,000 option (yikes!), but at least they offer it. Plus, the cost will likely fall as more buyers opt in. The dual source Alde radiant heat system is also a requirement for off grid campers, as it's far more efficient and comfortable than the standard propane systems. Hopefully these features will become more cost effective before I'm ready to buy in a few years. In any case, Pleasure Way will be on my short list.

    Thanks for the excellent tour of your 2016 Pleasure Way Plateau FL. Will the ion batteries alone run the AC? Or which model year of the Plateau FL would run the AC using the ion batteries alone? Any response would be appreciated. Yes, I am looking into a couple of models of Pleasure-Way. Thanks in advance.

    Looks like a very nice rig but wouldn't circuit breakers be much better than fuses?

    layout is better than most but still too many flaws. first, the driver seat is sitting straight up and not much room to recline back. 2nd too many overhead cabinets. you take away the panoramic view and you're always ducking making sure not to hit your head. 3rd the bathroom is not in the right spot.
    the way i would do it is to have the bathroom and shower in the rear of the van with a clear see thru glass. and when you want to use the bathroom or shower, hit the glass to frost for privacy. then hit the glass again to see thru, this way the driver has clear view of the back.

    I REALLY like my isle shower! Don't think I would sit on the john to take a shower.

      +Leafman 65 Believe me, when you get old and arthritic and can no longer reach "those" areas while standing, you'll appreciate sitting on the pot to shower!

    Can you dry camp

    • @pleasureway
      @pleasureway  7 років тому +2

      Greetings! Yes, you can absolutely dry camp in the Plateau FL. We utilize multiple sources of power in our motorhomes to give you plenty of options for camping off the grid. The fridge, furnace, hot water heater and stove can run off your LP gas tank and you can use the 200 amp hours of lithium batteries to run your LED lights, USB ports, water pump, and other small 110v electronics through the inverter. Additionally, if you add the optional 285 watts of solar panels, they will help keep your batteries charged. Thanks for watching!
