Are these similar to White Nights?

Not exactly they are very pigmented and white nights are more artist grade these are more for hobby or student , the Rosa are close to the student yarka honey paints but depending on water added they may separate a bit uncontrollable impares to white nights although these are better than any children’s watercolor . These are Almost similar to Paul Ruben’s .

Yes, they are similar, so far I have really liked this brand!

Not really. They are highly pigmented and good value, in that way they are similar, but they handle very differently, do not look the same, the pans are very neatly poured, no bubbles and surface debris and dust as WN sometimes have, and are very Floy, which means a bit longer drying time for some colours. Once I realised how incredibly well pigmented they are I could adjust how I used my brush to take that into consideration. I decided to mix before applying for instance instead of going direct to paper. The cadmium colours are exceptionally pigmented and like all cadmium’s rather opaque so use with care. Once used to their unique characteristics there work great. I used them on 100% cotton handmade paper. I think they are excellent for people wishing to work on larger paintings. If you have really expensive cadmium’s and need practice using them then these are a good option. I like them very much, but make sure you dry your layers well, and have a very good idea of pigment interactions. Most of all enjoy them!
If you want to get a feel for them just get a good primary triad to start with. The tins can be bought separately if you want to put a palette of your own choice together, and are really nice and sturdy. One more comment, I think these will be excellent with Thirsty watercolour paper, they do dry very matte too unlike some brands that do use higher levels of binders for some colours. If this isaproblem you can add a little gum Arabic to your painting water.

Not really. Rosa has a special line for students, it's Studio.
Rosa Gallery is used by professional artists and differ from White Nights in several ways:
      - They are highly pigmented than White Nights.
      - Are easy on the brush than White Nights.
      - Lightfastness is better than White Nights.

I didn’t like White Nights and I hear these are almost the same.
