I absolutely love Rosa Gallery paints. They were my very 1st set of watercolours and to date they are my favourites. I have finally got the full set of their 70 colors.
“….but you know what, we don’t, and that’s why we need other people in our lives!” Isn’t that the truth! I love how you worded that 😊 It’s amazing how different people’s minds work so differently!
Rosa gallery water colours are exceptional paints. They are a professional quality at an astoundingly good price even in Australia with the conversion rate that makes them at least $15-$20 more than what you would pay normally the quality and the amount you get you can’t beat. So far they’re still a hidden gem. Hopefully they realise they’re worth and maybe up. The price is a little bit so get in while you can.
I got the 15 mono pigment and the urban 21 set. I already have the botanical set so I’m excited. I wanted the tins for the three rows of prongs for pan holders.
I love my Rosa Gallery paints. I got the 35 set and a fair few loose pans for my birthday and I just love them. I have to really remind myself to use my other brands because they've taken over as my favourite by a mile. I love the Indanthrene and golden yellow too. I also have their warm grey which is beautiful. I also picked up a couple of their new granulating paints and the golden brown is super.
I have the larger set of the botanical set. Loves these paints so much. Wanted more but the great sale in the US was not here also. It's ok someday lol
I'm happy that you liked the Ukrainian brand of watercolors🤗I also like it and find it very affordable for artists❤Also I have the news, that Rosa launched new 10 colors in December 2023. And they will be available soon in Europe and the USA. I have 2 videos about them in my channel. You are welcome🤗
I picked up some Rosa Gallery paints to try as well. They’re much more expensive in Canada than your prices, however they are still MUCH less expensive than other watercolour paint. I’ve been very impressed with the quality! I got the landscape set, the mono pigmented set and a small set of 12 full pans (classic?). I think they’ll be the paints I reach for when I want to experiment and don’t want to use more expensive paints. I love A Gallo (and many others 😅), but I’m very precious about using it, so it’s nice to have some good quality, cheaper paints around! They would make a fantastic set to give as a gift 😊
Great idea to pick these up as your go-to practice paints because they're really high quality and affordable at the same time. I can't wait to see what you think of them!
Oh goodness, you tempted me into purchasing a set after watching! I found a great deal on the Classic Set of 24 on Amazon. This reminded me of a video from Irene at INCworks when she created a palette for her sister. I bet your recipient will be so happy😊
I love Rosa Gallery.. I have lots of their sets too (The Modern i have since last year) a lot of the colors on the sets are repeated tho. And the prices you got them are sooooooooooo affordable i would buy duplicate sets if we have those prices too 😅
Very nice 😊. When I was purging some of my paints. I thought to my self I wonder if Miranda would put them in pallets for me 😃 but most of my tubes are in new homes, I kept it easy 😂
Hahaha, always! But yeah, keeping it easy is never a bad plan, lol. I keep thinking someday I'll stop buying paints and then I can really see if I'll ever run out, but the new colors make me so happy that I can't resist getting some here and there. I love what you send me as well. So fun. It's okay to be a collector of a few things - at least that's what I'm telling myself today, lol.
Hi Miranda, I missed that sale! Oh well, it is not like I had extra money to spend. 😂 Perhaps, eventually will be able to get those extra colors you gave away. That is awesome you have another son's g.f. to spoil with art supplies. That is wonderful! I love my son-in-laws. I have three daughters and a son. My son is single and does not have a g.f. My daughters however, are all married. My middle son-in-law loves to paint War Hammer figurines. He is very good at it. In face he will be entering the War Hammer national competition in the category of playing the game and figurines painted combined. At the local competition in Seattle he entered the three different categories of playing the game, entering painted figurines, and a combination of both. He won the combination category which qualified him for the national competition. I don't think the competition in Seattle was considered just locals. Especially, since Seattle is not local to us. The national competition is next month i believe. I might have some facts incorrect because i don't know too much about War Hammer. I just know that in November he is going to the East Coast for a much bigger competition.
Pretty cool sale! Enjoy the new colours! I just love this brand (I think you already know it) and I never ever stop recommending them to everybody. When you said: "Look how it moves in water, doesn't that just make you feel happy?" --> YES! Hahahahaha! They are really extra fine watercolours! Thanks for sharing!
Thank god I don't have extra money this month or else I would've Splurged 😅 I loove rosa gallery and I have their botanical set but mydream is to get a Huge palette fille with their paint, they are so much fun! I absolutely love their bright red that I had to get a tube 🥰 it was so so satisfying watching you put this palette together, and I hope your son's girlfriend will enjoy her new palette😊
Bright Red Oh my goodness what an absolutely beautiful color ❤also I had no idea that you could pull that tray out what a game changer ! Thanks for sharing
Update to original comment which I can't see. Have full pan of Rosa Bright Red I can send you. Update that should make you laugh. Also found extra full pan of Cobalt Turquoise. Put on chair in front of dehumidifier to to dry them a little. Fast forward several hours. Getting my Halloween card making stuff together. Slide chair to desk to go through box. Sit down. Notice there is something missing from this narrative. Stand up with 5 full pans of paint stuck to my pj shorts. 'Nuff said.
Oh my goodness, Beth, I just had a moment to sit down and reply to your comment and it make me laugh so hard! Oh my goodness - you can always make me laugh and it's the best! Totally something that would happen to me, too. Hahaha! I'm so in love with the Bright Red.
i loved that ur adding to your collection and made up a whole differentt set. woohoo! i was looking to get a set myself but still deciding. do i really need another set that i may or may not use? 😂
Miranda, you should somehow monetise the idea that you came up with in pulling the rivets out of the water colours tens because it was an absolute game changer for me and if you have my friends I showed and made sure to give you credit for. It’s stopped us from having to find alternative options that cost more money. We also use empty pencil tins. It’s a really good idea and you are the only UA-camr I have seen and I have been looking for a very long time on UA-cam that has ever mentioned this. Imagine if you could create a Watercolor tin that actually was like this from the beginning.
They definitely need to re-design watercolor tins! I'm glad you found that helpful and thank you for letting me know. ❤️ It's so much better being able to use the tins like I want to instead of like they're designed.
NOPE NOT BUYING lol..... Mars Brown -- has yellow and black, which I learned from Bob Ross, makes green :) Are you not swatching those on your swatch cards? You made the little mini ones...
I absolutely love Rosa Gallery paints. They were my very 1st set of watercolours and to date they are my favourites. I have finally got the full set of their 70 colors.
Oh how lovely! The full set would be awesome!
I finally invested in Rosa Gallery and I have no regrets! Beautiful colors! TY for sharing!
Love the no regrets!
Thanks for keeping me company while I swatched some paints.
You are so welcome! 😀
Rosa gallery paints are just a joy to work with. Love them.
This palette is such a nice gift! I hope she loved it 😍
She is loving it so far! I get to see her later this week and she's bringing it with her so maybe we can paint together. 🎨
Ah, I missed this video. Now I’m here! Good tip about carefully removing the wrapper to retain the name and pigment number etc. Thank you! 🎉❤
So sweet to make them pallettes! Can't wait to see your next rosa painting!
I'm hoping to start on it here in a few hours!

Bummer that it wasn't over there. But yes, someday!
That mono pigment set must be a joy to mix! 😍
Oh yes!
It's a total delight watching your swatchings and hearing your thoughts and plans for these pretty paints. 🖌
Thanks, Irene!

I love Rosa Gallery. Unfortunately, in the UK, we didn't get that deal😂. I keep checking on Amazon, hoping that it will get discounted soon.
I hope so too!
Have you tried looking them up at Jackson's? I think I recall seeing them on their site.
Thanks Miranda...love what you put together for your son's girlfriend...she will be OVER THE MOON! SOOO sweet of you Miranda!
I bought the 28 "classic" set while it was on sale, and I'm super excited to try them!
Hope you enjoy it!
Long time no first 😂
;-)
Such pretty colors!
Lovely sets…that indanthrene blue is delicious, as is the bright red! You’ve got a great palette with the inclusion of all the new colours. 😊

thanks for the demo and this video! question --- if you were going to create a 6 color mixed primary palette from these, which six would you pick?
