    Master Chef.. Somjit, kita kongsikan recipi tersebut.. Ketam yg kamu goreng boleh marinate dengan 1 spoon serbuk lada putih dan tepong ubi kayu 3 spoon, masa 15 minutes, baru mula mengoreng.. Ok.. Gd job. !

    I made this today, and it was so good!!! The downside of using that same brand of curry powder is that it makes my nails yellow

    Boleh tambah udang kering 100 ,cuci bersih, dan tumbuk kasar untuk tukis sekali dengan belacheng goreng 2 sudu dan gula putih 2.sudu.Fermanted bean paste 2 sudu dan cabai merah 2 batang yg fresh potong 2.belah..ok.. Well done. Somjit. !

    Hi thanks for the delicious recipe. I think u left out the dark soya sauce..Btw can add in salt and sugar??? Will try this recipe. So delicious!

    Hallo Top Chef.. Bahan dan bumbu paling istimewah dan lengkap.. Boleh kah taya.. Serbuk curry yg kamu bubuh,, Serbuk ikan atau Serbuk ayam, Ingredient berapa gm ? Masa tumis, pastu minyak, daun curry, bawang kecil dan bawang putulih, bawang besar yg potong di Step yg pertama dan minyak tidak boleh kering sangat.. Bahan dan bumbu bagi pecah dahulu baru taruh air 5 spoon vs 8 spoon. Ok. Well done, Sooo delicious ,Hockhoonkup!

      Hi Kiat Keng Kang, thank you for the question 😄 Yes, they are really yummy. For these flower crabs, they are usually sold dead in Malaysia. I will only buy them if they are exceptionally fresh (albeit dead) as when they are not fresh, there is a strong uric acid smell.
      For mud crabs, I will buy them live and prepare them before cooking. There is a way to humanely prepare the crabs before cooking, but I would suggest to request the fish monger to help you with it, as it may be too graphical to show on UA-cam 😓 Sorry for that.

    Can we just use ordinary oil instead of onion oil? Will it give different taste?

      Hi Kalai Y, thank you for the question😄 Yes, you can steam the crab instead of frying it. However, do note that steaming will introduce more moisture into the dish, so the gravy may be a bit runny. Also, some of the aroma from frying crab may be reduced as the crab has already been cooked. However, it will still be delicious so you can give it a try 😄
