- It’s been awhile, but I’m back hitting the floor. I suffered a shoulder injury last year and kept doing my burpees and playing. During this past season my shoulder got worse and couldn’t do burpees, push-ups, dips or even sleep on my shoulder. After a bunch of rehab I’m back. Thought I’d reintroduce myself to the floor with 300 6 count burpees!
It’s good to see you back Greg, the Wolfpack wouldn’t be the same without you
You were looking strong from start to finish, well done
🙌💪🔥🐺
Thank you Martina!
Good to see you back brother
Thanks bro!
Nice to see you posting again and great to hear you're recovered!
Thank you! Happy to be back
Welcome back, Greg😎👍
Thank you
Good to see you back Greg, and nicely done with the 300 reps here. Not easy to get back into these kind of workouts after a long injury rehab. Reps looked clean and the conditioning will definitely come back. Keep up the grind brother!
Thank you man! I can’t believe home much l lost during that time, but will enjoy the journey back to where I was.
Welcome back. What a great intro! Still lookin like a super-beast.
Thank you
Welcome back big MAN
Thanks
Welcome back on da gamefloor navy seal Master.❤
Thank you! I haven’t done Navy Seals in awhile, maybe I’ll make a video on it soon.
Welcome back Greg. Nothing like 300 6 counts to say “I’m back”. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how fast your conditioning comes back👍.
I hope so, was sucking wind on this one.
The return of the machine, it's good to see you again.
I'd love to know what connected watch you recommend for burpee workouts, thanks.
Looking forward to reading you again, Greg
Thank you. I’m using the Garmin Fenix 6. I really like it, has my music on it, so I can run and listen to music without my phone
@@SonOfRich56 Okay, thanks for your answer Greg. You are a burpee Legend bro.
@@sophiebabin7879 No problem and thank you
Salute Greg, good to see you back

Praying your shoulder gets stronger and better man. Great to see your post again. I will be doing this workout👊🏾👊🏾
Thanks brotha!
Nice to See you Back Greg. Grind on 💪
Thanks! You know I will
Awesome to see you back in action, thought you were gone for good. At 41 you're pushing the limits and that's very inspiring to watch. Had some shoulder issues myself and after nearly half a year later I still have some grinding/slight discomfort when doing close "grip" burpees (used to do them this way from 2020-2022, almost daily). For some reason doing them with a wider stance (Burpeesking style) doesn't intervene as much. Nevertheless have had to make a switch to a more kettlebell centric training modality (long cycles etc), somehow overhead pressing doesn't mess with the shoulder as much as burpees do. Stay safe and good to see you back in the grind.
I hear ya man. I could do pull ups, but anything else made it real painful. Founds some exercises that really helped me out. If you go to squat university on UA-cam you’ll see them. They seemed to work for me right away
@@SonOfRich56 Gonna check them out for sure. Thanks !
Great to see you back mate
