I really love how much these amps sound like solid state 5150’s. They’ve got that exact same midrange character and it’s why I’ve wanted one so bad for years. 😩
Just landed a RH100 G2 and looking for tone ideas. Awesome tone dude! And banging sylosis shirt (they are from my neck of the woods in the UK, incredible live!)
That’s badass man. They are indeed sick as hell. 🔥 good luck on your tone journey, these amps seem to be a little weird with the mid frequency they come around with factory but boost it up front with a tubescreamer or overdrive and you will have a nice tight tone.
Sounds good youre band man i just look for them. Good gitar playing in this video i like the riffs but im looking for a amp just starting gitar playing again and i look for a nice sound. But i cant thigger out for which brand i need to go is it marshall or randall. I like to play death/trash metal at home not in a studio I hate to play on dose little amps because that sounds crappy i need a sound simmler like yourse
Honestly depends on what your going for. Modern metal is strictly vintage 30’s. Harley Benton sells a nice 2x12 with vintage 30’s. If you going unique tho stay away from the v30’s every band uses them now 😂
Pretty sure it’s g2. Which didn’t make much sense to me because of the color of the power switch. But absolutely it’s loud enough. Any 100 watt amp will do you good in a band setting. Use it every week with my metal band with my 2x12 cab
@@drystanbarnett503 thanks! The picture on your video shows the G1 but G2 is printed below the power button. Cool to hear it sounds loud enough. Someone sells the G1 version for 125€ so I might consider it just for fun :)
@@drystanbarnett503 yes I have the same amp I would love to get comparable results this is why I'm asking wether you used Irs on this specific video ...amazing tone

Hello my guy, nice demo.
Do you have a footswitch for this amp?
Just scored one of these for 150 bucks. Sounds deadly. I can’t wait to play it. Any recommendations on reasonable priced 2x12s to pair with this head?

I used it with a revv 2x12
how does yours have a chrome logo & all the others have an off white logo????
Bought it used so the last owner probably changed it.
@@drystanbarnett503 its a strong selling point ha. nice
Is this the G1 version and do you think it is loud enough in a band setting with a proper 4x12 cab?
