I find it hard to wrap my head around yacht owners who tie up their boat at a marina in the Bahamas for weeks, pay 4 folks to live aboard to keep the boat in tiptop shape, have enough provisions on board for months to feed the crew, visiting owners and sometimes 26 guests.

I'm glad to see you prepare your stew and mashed potatoes exactly as my French Grandmother did.
Her Potatoes were also boiled with skins on. And not mashed, but "smashed". . She always made a double batch. With the extra half she added quite a bit of butter and a spoon of creamed Horseradish and mixed. Cool and Refrigerate overnight. Next morning heat up a cast iron pan to sizzle. Add butter to the pan to melt. Then add the chilled potatoes and stir and fry to a crisp crust on about half of them. Delish !
Im curious to know your cleaning routine/process. Itd be cool to see a video on it.

One lil home tip for coating the beef with flour is to use a freezer bag. You just throw the flour in with seasoning and then the meat, then seal the ziplock with a bit of air and shake 😊😉

Looks like you make beef stew the same as I do. Some wine or something alcohol, flour on beef prior to a deep browning,tomato product

The plants will do better if you transplant into bigger pots with more soil
If you get an aerogarden bounty, you won't regret it for your herbs. I LOVE MINE. I haven't used it cause Depression Brain doesn't want plants rn but it works great and the herbs grow CRAZY FAST.
