Initially understaffed, the deckhands make costly errors as they struggle to find their stride on the unpredictable, aging vessel. The interior experiences smooth sailing until a clash of work styles creates a rift between the stews. Unexpected newcomers rock the boat throughout the season, including a shocking franchise crossover with the arrival of a polarizing familiar face. A slew of hook-ups, break-ups, and a rare “love pentagon” leaves the crew reeling as tension spills over on deck.

He's a great captain. He's in touch with every department but not micro managing them.

What I can't stomach is the rudeness and audacity of the clients, I'm sure they were raised with manners and understand the art of being polite, sadly these arrogant people seem beyond help!

We LOVE Aesha! She is my favorite Below Deck stew by far. Genuine and on top of it!
Don't forget Tumi, she was Aeesha's second stew last season. She's one hell of a stew as well, I think she's suppose to have the chief stew position, on below deck Mediterranean this season. Ashee and Tumi, are in my top 4. I can't help it I'm a Kate and Hannah fan as well. Some people don't care for them, but I do. 😂 So those are my top 4 stews.

They pay about 150-300k for the trip, so they deserve to be pampered. The staff unfortunately as in many other service jobs, don't get paid enough.

I really like this new cast so far, but this old boat doesn't have a well equipped galley. I will say that from looks of it the bunk rooms look much bigger on this vessel then on the newer vessels. The kitchen galley is really lacking. I am just shocked that they picked this big old boat for the show..

You can tell A LOT about a person’s character (or lack thereof) by Hr way people treat service staff! If anyone thinks someone is beneath them, and treats them accordingly, they’re a trash human.
This just shows you that money absolutely doesn’t buy class, the only reason these man boys are hanging around with these 2 women with 10 inch long nails, is because they’re probably not paying for the trip. And the one charter guest, that said she’s the captain of the ship has to be one of the most arrogant, rude, nasty, entitled women I’ve seen on the show. How the primary (Carmen) who seems like a lovely woman, puts up with this Krystal babe, is beyond me.

I kind of feel like, if I'm gonna pay so much for a charter, if I want to stay up all night every night, that's my perogative.
I'm a bit gobsmacked. I've had cruises and charters when I could ask for anything but asking, well, it was more like telling, someone to have champagne in my room at 5:15am is just being difficult for the hell of it. I understand the amount paid but you still need to be a human-being and consider other people. Well, that's the way I work anyway. Also, with staff looking that good, I couldn't possibly tell her to do it. Also: If you need champagne as soon as you wake in the morning, that's not being 'upper-class', that's 'having a problem, which requires addressing'....

This was great to see the Captain stepping in with the no tolerance policy.. kudos to him, however Little Ms Margot appears to have a wee bit of a drinking issue, her and the one that was fired as well, any chance they got they were drinking down whatever was on the counters.. is this still good? ummm yeah.. little less drinking makes for a better morning too.. The one that was fired was way to overbearing with the men, funny chefy even said it "hes just not that into you" she clearly cannot take a hint & all the excuses & her jokingly (maybe) saying he wants me... WOW.. she definetly needs to take it down a notch or get a better vibrator.. Just saying....
They should serve alcohol responsibly and not let the guests become paralytic

I think of all the service staff in the world Australians and French are probably the worst to be rude too. They are seen as professionals not scivvies and they dont have a culture or being underpaid or tipping and saying please and thank uou is almost a way of life. Some Americans appear really rude and abrasive when they are dropped into these cultures

But the same night, a Laura goes into a Adams cabin to take advantage of him, even after him telling her no all night- nobody cares. Feminist want it both ways because woman are privileged. A perfect example that we do NOT live in a grape culture, cause Luke got fired. This happened on season 2 episode 6&7 on below deck Australia.

Aesha's accent and mouth noises are worse than last season. Actually most of the Chief Stews that are not from the United States are very irritating as well. I don't mean to be condescending, but Kate's voice was the most appealing and she happened to have been from the US.
