Looks like great dish!
The fact that you cook the chicken first and then continued to cook it after adding each ingredient can result in over cooking/dryness of the chicken. As you know chicken is so easy to over cook. Especially when cooking in small pieces like shown. I would probably cook the chicken remove it from the pan, than add it back at a later time. Other than that it looks delicious!!!
