I have been doing Maddie’s workouts for 5 days a week for about 3 weeks now and the progress is real! I have been alternating between cardio and dance and her strength workouts and it was soo fun and well structured I look forward to doing it everyday! From being unable to complete even a set of weights to doing an entire routine from warm ups to cool downs without taking additional breaks, I really appreciate all that you are doing for us in quarantine, I’ve never felt so energised stuck at home! Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

I'm professionally trained as a dancer with ballet and contemporary (now retired) I've really enjoyed your workouts at home they've helped get a retired dancing Mum back in shape in Melbourne Australia- during the world's toughest lockdown!

Do a video on lower back. And also endurance videos. And only a video of shoulder, chest and triceps if you can! It'd be great!

Excellent workout even though I had difficulty doing a couple of exercises using correct form. I love the variety of exercises and how you specify which body parts you are working on. I would find it helpful if you tell us when we should be inhaling and exhaling so I can correctly align my breathing. And you are in amazing shape. Keep it up so you will be strong, flexible and have good stamina and balance when you are older. I am 76 and most folks my age and even in their 60’s are overweight and out of shape, which causes or exacerbates so many health issues. Thanks for helping me to keep moving since my gym closed.

Great for the experienced and those currently working out. She's fit, and it's inspiring, Weights may be to heavy for those just starting or restarting a regime. NOT for beginners as there is little alignment guidance.

Hi, I have been doing your workouts all throughout quarantine and I really enjoy your content! This morning on my run, I fell pretty hard on my knees and hands. But since I have building up my upper body strength, I was able to protect my head. Yes, please - more of this style of workout. I appreciate the more careful and deliberate pace of this workout, which allows me to properly focus on form. Many online workouts I have seen are very fast-paced and it becomes difficult to keep up with the instructor without sacrificing good form.

I loved this full-body workout. Even though I took a rest day I was still a teeny bit sore but I was craving a workout, and this was a perfect length and balance as to not push my muscles too hard.
This is one the best workouts I have seen on UA-cam. Very nicely balanced types of exercises. 🙌 Would love to see more of these!

Fantastic Maddie, love these style of workouts. Have you considered making little playlists - combining 2 or 3 of the shorter routines? Anyway these workouts have kept me going through a pandemic and now I'm finding it hard to go back to the gym! Working out at home is the best thanks to you

Amazing work out! One of my favourite videos I've done by you :) The only thing is that I feel like with all "full body" workouts it's mostly legs, butt and arms and very little abs. So during the 30 second blast I do ab pulses instead! Thanks for the content!!! :)
