This house is Casa Lauren and was owned by Pennington. It was sold to a corporation Miramar LLC in June of 2022 for 25 million and they are subdividing the 10 acres into homes. I don't think a "Narcos" ever owned this property. Great video, beautiful home.
I love all your videos, I also love when you explore with your wife. It's awesome you find a partner willing to do these neat things with. Can't wait for the next video. Your always so calm cool and collective when talking and you treat each place with so much respect.
It was a gorgeous place. The views of the beach were stunning! I would love to see it remodeled to its former glory. I really enjoyed the video! Take care stay safe and God bless! xoxo Kat
I would love to see this Mansion made over and do something for the community. Not plan for expensive beach homes. Do something for families in surrounding communities. Make organations to help people.
You know how cool it would be to add pictures from like zillow from when it sold, if there are any, to be able to see the big change especially with bathrooms like this that are unrecognizable!
What a place. Lots of beautiful marble. Also for future explores if the curtains don't reach the ground and have no way of being closed they are called valences.
I actually know the family and have been to the beach house several times. This entire thing is a huge rumor. A nice family who sold to someone who let it go to shit. Get your rumors straight people.
The dark room that you panned over to very quickly with the “occupied” sign was creepy!! Also walking up and looking in the attic?! Don’t you know in scary movies, nothing is EVER good in the attic?! 😂 New subscriber! Love your videos - they’re like mini scary movies!
One of the most heart breaking things for me is the waste of natural material. Trees, marble, granite etc. mined from quarries. What happens to these places and all the beautiful material sacrificed. Makes me sad. I appreciate your respect and emotions you have for these places. You fellows should have some masks handy...😷. Take care of yourselves...
Wow what a beautiful mansion and the scenery with that beach view is awesome. Love hearing the sound of waves crashing on beach. What an awesome view. Thanks big banks this vlog was awesome.
What a gorgeous home...😍 The black rock/stone you were looking at in the master bath was granite I think.. same with the pink & black star of granite, marble and travertine in-lay flooring deco design. The detailed ceilings in the living room are called coffered ceilings while the raised ceilings in the master bedroom are "recessed or tray ceilings." Any idea how long it has been sitting empty? I wonder how many people met their demise at that beautiful deteriorating home? That beach access alone is worth a fortune..beautiful home..is it just me or was this video darker then usual?
Well blame the FEDS for taking down the cartel instead of just minding their own business it's not like they stopped drugs from coming into America they took down the owner to this house and guess what as soon as they took him down a younger version of that drug dealer got the torch passed to him and now he's in control becoming a king pin it doesn't stop nothing by taking down one or several king pins cause new king pins take over and history keeps repeating itself
Another great video! I'm surprised it's only 26 million....10 ACRES ....ON THE BEACH....IN MIAMI!! Sounds very low... the views were incredible ! Thanks
I actually went in this house when they had an estate sale in the Fall of 2020 I think and have photos of it with the furniture, etc. They sold everything and then a few months later we’re supposed to sell all the fixtures which I’m guessing is why everything even the front doors are missing. There was a gym and a mother in law apartment downstairs that you entered from the garage area.
This was a gorgeous place back in the day. You walked past a bunch of doors/rooms that I would have loved to have seen. In the first bedroom there was a half wall extended out that the bed headboard would’ve been against. What was behind that? In a couple of rooms, there were electrical wall plates grouped in rows 5-6 high. I wonder what they were for. Great job!
I use to own my own house cleaning business and I'd hate to attempt to clean that mansion and also the home is not as old as the other more than likely people with money will buy homes tear them down and rebuild.
the family that once lived there is the infamous is now in hiding and have changed their names legally to no longer be connected to their husband/father Pablo Escobar Drug Trafficker Who started the Medellin Cartel, He had multiple properties and this is one of them that’s sadly abandoned.
Awesome! your potential seems limitless. I'm fascinated with investing but being a single mother and juggling all these things are quite difficult. how best can I start and what sector to engage in?
@Bryan Thanks for sharing, just looked up on google and I'm super impressed with her credentials. I dropped a massage on her webpage and hope she replies soon.
A lot of investors have restrained from the market because of the volatile and sudden crash in the market. But I’ve learnt to understand that trading is quite different from just hodling. There are short sell for bearish and long sell for bullish.
In all seriousness, do you know if this place was raided? It might explain some of the damage and also the reason that it's abandoned. The damage to the front door and the missing gate is not something you see every day.
It was owned by Billionaire Jeff Clark founder of Netscape... I don't know where this drug dealer story comes from... To get views I guess... It would have been seized if it was raided..
I have the distinct impression that parts of the house have been detonated! Jeremy looks like he's been hitting the gym, however, which is enjoyable to see! :)
So sad this gorgeous mansion is destroyed and abandoned what a gorgeous home it would be, I swear some people have too much money and they don't know what to do with it...SMH
The piece of land alone is unbelievable. It runs next to so many other properties before actually getting to the house. If subdivided, it could be bought up by at least 10 other families for their homes. These druglords just had STUPID money!! Insane. Nice vid once again tho Banks

I used to clean that pool! I think it was only once or twice. They had a big poodle that would try to have it's way with me while I was cleaning the pool! I remember the house when it was in its glory. The garage had all black cars and some motorcycles/scooter. I don't remember any super nice cars, but like Lincoln Towncars and Navigators, or similar. The back of the garage is where the gym was, and from the gym you could see into the pool via a 1-way mirror. I remember chandeliers outside on the back porch. I never saw the inside of the house, except for the garage, but crazy how trashed it is now. Crazy
That’s right bro! That place was insane. Pool boy brothers! That was definitely the nicest house on our route! The owner apparently had some crazy parties there, and lots of security guards everywhere.
I used to live on the ocean , the maintenance is never ending & the windows need cleaned every other day, and anything that isn’t stainless rusts sooo quick .
I just saw this video, and did some googling, it was built in 2000, originally know as Pennington Estate, a prominent Lousianian oil family, originally know as Casa Lauren, it sold sometime 2020 for $16Mil and is probably going to reimagined and renovated into a beachfront hotel to fill the the remodeled interior
It was sold again in June of 2022 for 25mil to a developer who plans on building a 33-unit community with a beach club. Presumably the house will be demolished, or maybe it will be renovated and turned into the clubhouse. I've found nothing online suggesting the place was ever owned by a cartel.
It’s crazy how willing the banks are to loose so much money when they try to sell them for so much instead of just selling it for anything to contractors that will flip it
Gorgeous site!!! Definitely built to impress. If I was to reside there I'd feel like I was living in a museum or some such. If it was cartel, or something like that, could some of the destruction be from having a raid there? I can't even imagine a 25 car garage or having 25 cars!!! I would think there would be guards or a security force of some kind - if you have $$$$ to build that you might have other valuables.
Cool mansion alright. The swimming pool seemed small - as if it was not for swimming but for cooling your feet. Probably figured there was an ocean for swimming.

Hello bigbankz good to see another video
This house had to be buzzing with activity in it heyday. All of the stone work is gorgeous.
The stonework alone took 9 months - 12 hr days
What a gorgeous home...😍

Judging by the arial shots it looks like the entire community was abandoned.
Question...was that damage done by hurricanes, or law enforcement, and squatters??
Maybe the cops found them and they had a shooting and they dipped or they had a fight with other narcos idk
Probably the feds looking for drugs, money or weapons in the walls since we sure they hide things.
I was thinking it looked like it got raided by the way the front was blown open like that with burn marks on it.
I was assuming it was a hurricane. But the damage didn't look enough to render it unsalvageable. So, maybe it was a combination of things
