    when you said you don't trust yourself to go on your phone without spending hours on it I felt that in my soul 😭

    My top 5 Takeaways:
    1. Figured out if your a morning/evening person - and work to your strengths
    2. We often put little effort into endings, whilst they leave the biggest impressions
    3. Use what would have been your commute time to shift between work and play
    4. Work will fill the time you allocate it, so don't set distant deadlines
    5. When you start to procrastinate, take a 60 second reset like looking out the window. Don't go straight for the Phone!
    Yet another top class video, thanks for sharing!!!

    • @liam.porritt
      @liam.porritt  3 роки тому

      Hey Daniel! Are you referring to the peak and rebound part at the start of this vid? If so, yeh - I think you're right that if we think of ourselves as night owls or early birds, that can definitely have a big impact on the way we experience our mood and energy levels throughout the day. I guess there could be kinda like a placebo effect if you THINK one time is your peak, but whether it's placebo or not, it's still happening and so you should still change the types of work you're doing throughout the day accordingly... if that makes sense!?

    There's obviously a ton of house/personal/influencer styling, lifestyle footage, wardrobe-changes, house-cleaning, cactus-arranging, narration, scripting, retakes being done for a video like this. I'm guessing many tens of hours of work, then hours of editing and polishing.
    Are you doing all this on top of that 60 hours of legal-beavering?
