Lust is a demonic pull, a major strategy of the devil to use, abuse and even kill you. The consequences of giving in to one moment of lust will cost you years of unimaginable pain/sorrows and sometimes even cost your life. God's way is the ONLY true way that brings the love we truly desire. 🙏🏽❤ I speak from experiences I'm still trying to recover from.

I keep saying this: sin is a temporary pleasure that brings destruction. Lust will have you twisted. You THINK you want to indulge in it, but after you do, the pain comes. It comes in the form of spiritual torture or physical. Spiritual: you will be consumed with guilt, shame & remorse. Physical: lose sleep replaying you doing things YOU KNOW you had no business doing & you may have gotten an STD.

I'm a strong believer that sex complicates things. Am speaking about while dating in the early stages. I believe it complicates things because it blinds you to the obvious of the individual you're intimate with. You automatically get consumed with lust of that person and are blinded by their character flaws.

This Profound teaching has been a teaching I have never heard in a church or a religious setting . Being a PK kid of a pastor my father neglected and failed miserably in teaching his daughters about the behavior of men as well as narcissist behavior. Hell my father was a narcissist himself. As a preacher and a pastor I saw my father preach one thing and live another. My father lived a life totally opposite of what he was teaching /preaching and in his action brought death to my mother and his children. My family is now in chaos. PASTOR RC Blakes I thank you for the many many many teachings and words of wisdom you have bestowed upon the women’s community. You have taught me more in just a matter of one month than I have learned from my father and for that I thank you. Had I learned this valuable lessons and heard this teaching earlier in life I would not have made so many mistakes and I would not have looked for love in all of the wrong places mainly in a man’s male part which each time robbed me of of my essence. thank you so much PASTOR for being real and down to earth nothing ministered to me more than a person who speaks real truth and for that I thank you.

I've unfortunately lived the terrible consequences of lust. I never thought in a million years I would have #2 abortions. I never thought I would be in a position where I could not go on because of the GUILT. It's taken me a LONG journey to get to where I am & still a bit broken but I believe in Jesus name I will one day be whole and finally freed from all the guilt, embarrassment & shame that I've endured due to LUST!. sweetheart, it alright. That's the amazing thing about God....his unconditional love for us. He forgives you, so forgive yourself. The lord is teaching you love in its truest form.....forgiveness. Trust this and your joy will return. Humans will never be perfect, but what makes us so amazing when we learn and never do again. Pat yourself on the back, most don't and that's the sad part. You also have to understand your learning pure love now. It will hurt sometimes in letting go. Feel it and wash it all away and never look at yourself as that person ever! You're Blessed!!!.... Stay away from anyone who thinks otherwise.

I thought I was in love but I was 2 years in lust. I loved but he only lusted me. Now I understand,
💯, I was sexual traumatised through my first love was only build on lust. I asked myself why I was satisfied that he only gave me good sex and nothing else and I was ok with it. Only words and sex but no moving forward, so I have out growth him even he was 4 years older than me. I never understood why I was in love on the first place with him. Now I understand because I thought he loves me and is his expression to tell me, but no love, only lust. Game changer because I thought all my next relationships needs to be like my first love. Finally I woke up and understood I don’t need Lust for proving my love or thinking lust from the men is an expression of love. Changed everything for me. Send you blessings 🤍🕊️

@Blessed To be alive They have no relationships with their donors thank God, they don't ask and I don't tell. I like it that way because they're not great role models and when I went my own way with my kids I cut all ties and communication. It's a long story... drugs and abuse was involved and irresponsible choices and decisions in life toooo much drama if you catch my drift. If you can't live a better life for yourself and do better you have no place in my life or my children's life. I teach my kids with any relationship you have with an individual they should have respect for you and have the same beliefs, morals and values. Like I say to my kids your father is in heaven and that's King Jesus. I hope this answers your question 😊🙏

I have been celibate for 3 years but this month did it. Me and that guy both knows God. The worst is that now I’m tortured, even suicide thoughts I could never expected, I neglect job and became totally emotionally unstable. I can say that lust at first feels soooo good and right. Like no consequences. But eventually feels like drinking salt water, always thirsty and wants more and more, even trying things you would never expect to try.
I knew it was a sin but tolerated sin. Now its nothing but pain. God please help me to not do it again and to recover🙏

I despise men I look them all the same way! Thinking all be wants is sex! I was abused as a child I was introduce to lust at a young age. I like that he mentions love stays even if the person's physical changes. He mentions the change in a woman from her youthful assets and he also mentions the changes in the man from his youthful assets because both men and women change as time goes on. I realize that in all the love I had for him, all he had for me was lust. Jacob and Leah. I ended up pregnant and he hated me more. Now, I’m raising a daughter he doesn’t want. This message was hard to hear but exactly what I needed.
Great word Pastor. Lust is powerful. I am a witness. I married for validation and for lust. I became a person I didn't even know. My marriage bed became defiled. Thank God for healing and restoration. After many years of abuse and misuse I am coming to my senses and loving God first and foremost and also loving me.
