Right at 6 minutes in I started having sever hamstring cramp in my left side; where I have a medical foot condition problem. However, I took a long 10 minute break and resumed back. My condition is a nerve related problem and movement is what I have to do to prevent having blood clots forming again. Thanks for posting these workouts!🙂👍

Burpee girl your work are kicking my booty lol love it.. Is the standing workouts just as beneficial as if you did them on the floor?
Standing abs can be a great alternative for people who can`t do, or don`t like floor work. However, I think traditional floor abs engage your abs a lot more.
